This is the second time for having meal in TOWN and their food was definitely on par with those critically acclaimed fine dining restaurants. In the past, I only knew Wagyu beef tartare serve with raw egg yolk or rye bread. But after eating it with zesty green goddess dressing, it made the whole dish becoming very fresh and appetizing! It taught me a new way to eat beef tartare. Crispy taro and truffle soil also delectable and fabulous. Overall, the dish was finger-licking good! I will decide to
