After seeing the previous review, I decided to try the white chocolate and mint mousse cake because white chocolate and mint make an interesting pairing.You would have never guessed this romantic red cake would be white chocolate mousse inside.The cake is covered by a thin layer of white chocolate and in the middle there is delicious tart berry sauce that balances the sweetness of the mousse.
