Worth a visit & keeping an eye on

Sheraton is a good hotel and a welcome addition to Tung Chung. The decoration is nice and still new. The service with the first team were excellent with later joiners maybe not as trained in hospitality excellence. that being said the coffee is delicious with a distinct umami flavour that resembles but different to Porta Coffees style. The cakes are polished and neat and the taste is precise and not all are child friendly namely the very delicious Bailey's Cheese Cake. Their new range of cakes t

The service with the first team were excellent with later joiners maybe not as trained in hospitality excellence. that being said the coffee is delicious with a distinct umami flavour that resembles but different to Porta Coffees style. The cakes are polished and neat and the taste is precise and not all are child friendly namely the very delicious Bailey's Cheese Cake. Their new range of cakes that I have seen is worth a try as is their tweaked afternoon tea.
A pleasant experience but they can offer better patisserie and the space can be bigger to accommodate a little more guests without it becoming to rowdy.
