If $380 per person is charged, I do expect a lot more than:- not organised for reservations - it didn't seem to me that I've booked at all- furniture - well, I guess I expect some solid tables & chairs than folding table + chairs with seat covers (some kind of disguise??)- the 1st course - tiger prawn on papaya: the mayonaise was very disappointing as it tasted like straight from the bottle. Can the cook blend in a bit of mango and make a sauce that's not so heavy and special?- the other d

- the desert - red bean soup was a total disappointment. It was just far far far too thick
- by the way, the service was ......., you're being served by some "ahmahs" - kind of like having a lunch box in the school wheeled in by the janitors
