I was very upset by this froyo shop when I visited. I wanted to give it a chance as I did for Orangi-Yo which got bad reviews, but those were not deserved, but at Razzleberry , I found that the froyo does NOT taste good, bad value, and the service is terrible!! and the hygiene is also bad.First, I stood in front of the counter for a long time (over 5 minutes), while the staff was busy ignoring me doing her own thing, either cutting her fruit or chatting with another customer. First, I stood in front of the counter for a long time (over 5 minutes), while the staff was busy ignoring me doing her own thing, either cutting her fruit or chatting with another customer. I was so upset already that she didn't even care that other customers were waiting in line, but was it worth the wait??
NO!! I am somewhat familiar with YoCream, this is the yogurt mix that Razzleberry is marketing as its main yogurt and this is yogurt used by some shops that I have visited in the U.S. The taste of this yogurt is liked by some people but I think it is TOO SOUR for most people. I personally don't like it. Unfortunately, I think the yogurt is actually pretty good quality, but Razzleberry screwed up everything else. Razzleberry seems just as proud about their yogurt as they are about serving the customer, making us wait so long. I hate arrogant shops.
Also, the cashier was cutting fruit! Yes, she cut fruit right in front of me, and then she handled the money. This alone was not acceptable cleanliness. I looked in the back of the counter and there were boxes, fruit and paper everywhere. It was a total mess. Totally NOT hygienic, NOT clean. It's not the worst yogurt I've had, but the worst for everything else: very bad management of food, service and product. and it's very annoying when they put a hole in the middle of the yogurt.
In conclusion, Razzleberry is receiving my lowest review out of the recent 20 shops I've visited.
