The restaurant provides huge supply of fresh scallops, red crabs, octopuses, Spanner crabs, shrimps, lobsters, Brown crabs, Boston lobsters, Alaska Red Wing crab legs, mussels and Crystal Whelks in both hot and cold servings. It also has more expensive choices like uni, abalones, oysters, Spain red shrimps, tunas and Chinese Zebra shrimps. There’s free geoduck clam sashimi for each customers. Although it costs nearly $900 per person, it’s still worth it because of the seafood quality.

Lis Cafe, located at Wong Chuk Hang, is a popular place for buffet despite its inconvenient location. The dinner buffet has more than 60 dishes to choose. The seafood appetizer has Red Wing crabs from Alaska and jumbo shrimps from Iceland. Although it has little variety of seafood choices compared to other restaurants mentioned, both belong to high price seafood. Customers can have grilled 10-inch jumbo shrimp for free and can choose the cooking method. It can either be cooked in Chinese style or baked with black truffle pate.
