奕 串燒料理 (已結業)

Came alone during lunch at around 1pm. Only knew about this new shop via flyers but this turned out to be a hidden gem! The space is comfy and trendy. Staff is friendly to explain the menu and chitchat. Food quality is good as well. I ordered the eel rice lunch set. It came with mini appetizers of marinated lotus and salad also miso soup. I quite like the lotus! Eel rice was well made. Crunchy fish skin and just the right amount of sauce so not too oily nor too salty. Rice has good chew

鍾意試新野既我一知道百樂中心開了一間 - 奕 · 串燒料理店，當然要去試一下。餐廳裝潢不算繁多，但勝在簡約，以開放式的設計，令整個空間更擴闊；而窗邊位置可遠望窗外的景色，相當舒服寫意。奕 · 串燒料理更有午市定食供應，又點只食串燒咁簡單。Lunch Set中已包含了前菜、沙律、味噌湯。其中前菜是蓮藕漬，味道微酸帶甜，爽脆清涼的感覺。雖然是跟Set 沙律，但都絕不馬虎，沙律菜爽脆，配合醬汁、蟹籽等，更顯層次。 奕 ‧ 角切魚生丼 - $98角切魚生丼中已包括了幾款魚生，如三文魚、蟹籽、三文魚籽、帶子等等...但當中更有一種鮮甜爽脆的魚生、細問下...原來今天更加入了象拔蚌，真是非常足料。浦燒鰻魚丼 - $118那烤至金黃的鰻魚表面焦香，香氣四溢，真係睇到都流哂口水。鰻魚魚肉非常厚肉腍身，吃起來絕不柴口，甘香嫩滑，配上米飯時，真是幾碗飯都可以吃下。
