Doufuhua or beancurd pudding is a very very soft version of tofu. In this super hot summer, it would be a great choice to have a bowl of cold Doufuhua. As the Doufuhua was cold, my friend added both syrup and the yellow solid sugar. The texture of it was super soft and light, it cooled me down and gave me a fresh feeling. 到長洲郊遊，主打活動當然是食、食、食啦！今次我們到新照記茶餐小食店吃甜品。天氣炎熱，在室外吃甜品，當然想吃冰凍解暑的，可惜顧客實在太多，店員表示豆腐花雪得不夠長時間，可能不夠凍。朋友仍堅持吃$8.5的豆腐花，結果只是普通貨色，不算特別滑，加上是微暖的，感覺一般嘛！我則吃了$7的芒果布甸，夠凍，但份量小，與在酒樓吃的質素相近，沒有驚喜。總結而言，新照記茶餐小食店未能進入我的「長洲必吃」之列。
