平時食咕嚕肉多,但估唔到同無花果都好夾。醬汁偏重口味同偏酸,但好多新鮮無花果令大蝦更鮮更甜😍
Sweet & Sour Prawn w/pineapple & fig ($188)
One of the best in HK, perfect balance between sweet sticky sauce and the tartness from the pineapple. The prawn was perfectly fried retaining the crispness whilst smothered with sauce.

帶子同大鮮份量好多,粉絲偏乾身,不過有蟹膏平衡返個口感。砂煲可以keep到粉絲好熱,香氣更足,最底仲會有少少焦好脆口。
