Endless bar set for two - $288, 70% chocolate drink $+20 and a green apple soda (10% service charge).Environment- Trendy and modern. Waiting Time- 0 minutes, we arrived at around 3.30 pm and there were still quite a lot of seats available, which was a surprise because it was a Saturday, but I think in a couple of months time the place will be buzzing and you'll need to make a resevation. However all the tables by the windows were reserved, so we requested the two remaining seats at the bar. Service - Great, the waitresses and pâtissière were very friendly and patient as we kept taking mutliple photos and videos of the dessert making process. Overall experience - Exciting and an eye opening experience. DrinksThe 70% chocolate was yummy and very smooth. There was a very rich and aromatic chocolate taste and scent rather than sugary and sweet like other places. However next time I think I would opt for a less rich drink, because the dessert itself was quite filling. Green apple soda, according to my friend was very refreshing.Endless bar set for two  They had two endless sets, one for the table and one for the bar customers. We had the bar set, where the pâtissière made the dessert in front of us. Everytime she added something new to the dessert, she would tell us what it was. As there were too many components to this dessert I'm afraid I can't remember them all. A few of the ingredients were: vanilla, honeycomb, meringue, raspberry, blueberry, bamboo charcoal crumble, chocolate, rosemary and seasalt cookie.Now for the grand finale! The pouring of the liquid nitrogen into the white chocolate ball centre piece. Lo and behold! the blueberry ice cream and what I would describe as strawberry flavoured candy floss but of a coarser texture was formed. There are not many chances for me to visit a restaurant featuring molecular gastronomy. This time, I am so excited to come with my friends to try out how food science is applied in the making of desserts. Overall, the experience can be described as a relaxing art lesson after long day of work.The restaurant is located in a building on busy Nathan Road, however, my pace of life slows down once I step out of the lift. The seats in the restaurant are quite spacious. Since we want to try the Signature Bar Set Dessert, so we are arranged to sit at the bar table. Watching people prepare food right in front of you is always enjoyable.Endless Bar Set $288This dessert is combined of different kinds of ingredients, which include butterfly pea flower, bloody peach, vanilla, honey comb, meringue, raspberry etc. Actually, there are too many to be remembered. Ingredients are sprinkled to the plastic mat, one by one. Anyways, they all taste good and what worth our attention would be the smile on the chef when making the dessert. This is equally enjoyable to us, listening to his explanation and introduction of those ingredients he puts on. In the end, that’s where the magic comes, pouring liquid nitrogen into the blueberry ice-cream. Smokes come out like we enter a land of fantasy, pushing our anticipation to the highest level.Caramel Banana $88Right when the chef takes out the dessert in front of us, we can already smell the fragrance of the banana. Things level up when the chef pours some alcohol onto the dessert and lit a fire. The smell of burning sugar and banana just make my mouth watered. The dessert tastes so good as the warm and soft cake just matches perfectly with the vanilla and custard sauce below. So Yum!All these desserts can be ordered as a set, which will come with a drink of your own choice (additional charge maybe applied to certain drinks). 只從食過Atum之後開始迷上左甜品畫，佢可以滿足你視覺同味覺上既感覺。知道係旺角新開左間用甜品作畫既藝術餐廳，立刻約左朋友去試試。Ruby Peach ($88) : Ruby Peach上檯時視覺上已經好享受因為太靚啦!!店員放低碟時蜜桃會跳舞咁。切開時會有血桃汁流出黎，整體上甜度剛剛好直得一試。Endless bar set ($188) : 又一個視覺享受，一上碟我同朋友已經(嘩嘩聲)咁叫。店員再將液態氮倒入朱古力球中，變成一個好似噴煙既炸彈。噴煙過後立刻拆彈睇下，入面係淺藍色雪糕(顏色好特別)食落都幾甜，問問店員先知係泰國藍莓花茶雪糕，外層朱古力炸彈係好普通既朱古力。之後我地不停估旁邊係咩黎(紅桑梅脆粒、竹炭味脆脆等等..都幾好玩 )。Orange mango iced tea :  甜品加$30可以有杯特飲，有好香橙味不過都係甜左少少。…查看更多
