Kagoshima Dinner Kaiseki

Yes! I tried their kaiseki lunch recently. As their lunch set tastes really good, I deliberately come back for their dinner menu tonight. Their dinner menu is as good as their lunch menu. The food presentation is excellent. The bowls and plates which they use are really beautiful, it definitely makes your appetite better. Food is really fresh and tastes really good. I like the shabushabu, as the beef is so tender that it would melt in your mouth. Everything is just perfect in here. Plus, togethe

Yes! I tried their kaiseki lunch recently. As their lunch set tastes really good, I deliberately come back for their dinner menu tonight. 

Their dinner menu is as good as their lunch menu. The food presentation is excellent. The bowls and plates which they use are really beautiful, it definitely makes your appetite better. 

Food is really fresh and tastes really good. I like the shabushabu, as the beef is so tender that it would melt in your mouth. Everything is just perfect in here. 

Plus, together with the discounted price given by the Kagoshima Prefectural Government. I do think it's a really good deal with all these nice food served.

    日本餐廳灘萬，自1830年已經在日本開業，歷史夠悠久，做的一向是傳統日本料理。灘萬在香港共有2間分店，分別位於金鐘的港島香格里拉酒店和尖東的九龍香格里拉酒店內。趁有Citibank信用卡Gourmet Pleasures Plus會籍優惠，這夜便與朋友下班後來到港島香格里拉酒店內的灘萬來個開心飯聚。每消費＄2000就可獲回贈＄600現金劵，真的幾吸引。忙了一日，先來點清酒輕鬆一下。我們都偏好較dry的酒，於是選了酒峰加越 大吟醸（＄340）。酒香不錯，飲起來很順喉。懷石料理是灘萬的招牌菜，不過懷石料理以外，還是會有鐵板燒，天婦羅和壽司等菜式選擇。這裡供應數款懷石料理，有以牛、天婦羅或素等為主題的，亦有每月會因應季節而改變item的桐 懷石。我們一致決定選定這個最切合懷石料理不時不食理念的 桐 懷石（＄980/客）。另外與朋友都超愛吃海膽，見這時正是海膽的當造期，便額外加點了2客北海道海膽手卷 ($200/份）^^。先來幾款旬菜（開胃菜），冷盤小芋頭球，南瓜和豆，清涼、清甜，是自然、簡單的美味。煙三文魚卷著牛油果，加上淡醋做成的jelly及芝麻醬，滑溜香甜。而花花小碟內的是蘆筍汁做的豆腐

     接著是我們加點的海膽手卷。紫菜當拿在手中時以經聞得到那紫菜香，食落當然真是又香、又脆，與那鮮甜creamy的海膽一起吃，超滿足！

     煮物是炸鱧，貌似鰻魚的鱧魚，炸得不油膩，蘸著梅汁吃，魚香豐富。

     翻開時有煙飄出，很美（可惜沒有影到相片）。裡面是塊燒鱸魚，鱸魚上面塗了毛豆蓉。可惜魚肉質偏乾，要扣分。

     本來這個月的 御飯 是用松茸菇，不過店員表示由於日本方面還沒有把貨送到，所以這夜換上了仍是時令的日本北海道毛蟹。其實我們到達時都覺得毛蟹頗吸引，我們當然不介意這個安排。

     其實一向很少在京都以外地方是懷石料理，這晚在灘萬的用餐經驗整體來說是滿意的。餐廳優雅的淡金色裝修，還有精緻餐具和親切有禮服務，在這裡食餐飯、傾傾計的確幾寫意自在。當然，加上額外的信用卡優惠，成件事就變得更加吸引啦！
