Pic 1️⃣: 金不換燉鮮鮑魚 - $198 hkd 🐚
— Never tried Thai basil in Chinese soup before so this was super unique! Flavours went surprisingly well together and the aromas of the basil complemented the delicate flavours of the abalone nicely. The soup base was really rich, flavourful and well balanced.


Pic 2️⃣: 潮汕浸花甲 (凍食) - $238 hkd
— Must order here! Clams are insanely fresh and full of flavour from being soaked in a preserved fish sauce and basil.


Pic 3️⃣: 百花水晶鷹鯧球 - 時價/market price 🐠
— Beautifully presented and did not disappoint. The braised pomfret is wrapped in a thin caul fat layer which gives it an undeniable aroma and unique texture. The fish had a firm texture, with a tinge of sweetness to it. Other half of the ball is a bouncy prawn filling which was super well seasoned.


Pic 4️⃣: 炸普寧豆腐 & 傳統炸蝦棗 - $168 hkd & $160 hkd 🍤
— Another signature and must order combo. The tofu was insanely light and went so well with the savoury dipping sauce. The shrimp dumplings were well seasoned, and had a good crunch to them.


Pic 5️⃣: 家鄉鹹雞 (半隻) - $368 hkd 🐔
— SO good! The marinade was on point and the chicken was so tender and juicy. Made with freshly grated ginger, the sauce on the side resembles what you might find in 沙薑雞, but this one has a much fresher and lighter profile.


Pic 6️⃣: 滷水鵝片 & 普寧豆腐 - $200 & $90 hkd 🪿
— Not usually a fan of goose but this changed my mind. Without the gamey flavours, the goose was really well marinated and tender.


Pic 7️⃣: 香煎牙帶魚 - $100 hkd 🐟
— Ribbon fish is hard to come by nowadays so we had to get this. Perfectly pan-fried to give it that crispy exterior, the fish didn’t need much seasoning to shine through.


Pic 8️⃣: 五糧液炒時蔬 - $288 hkd up 🥬
— The flavours and aromas of the spirit really come out in this dish, but it’s quite sweet for a vegetable dish.


Pic 9️⃣: 老橄欖燉響螺 & 胡椒鹹菜鮮豬肚湯 - $288 hkd & $98 hkd 🥣
— Both soups were outstanding but the olive and sea whelk one was a nice surprise as the olive really elevated the flavours of the sea whelk and added an earthy, nutty dimension to it.

哇,我得跟你聊聊我剛嘗過的潮州菜,真是太好吃了這餐廳的廚師真是有一手,每道菜都看起來像藝術品,都不忍心動筷子。口味方面更是沒話說,清爽、濃郁、新鮮得不行。尤其是他們的海鮮,簡直就是天堂口感。不管是蒸還是烤,都保持了食材的原汁原味,簡直是一口接一口,停不下來。然後,別提環境了,簡直是超舒服。充滿了潮汕的特色,讓我覺得我是在一個美食的仙境裏用餐。而服務員們也太貼心了,隨叫隨到,推薦的菜單也是一級棒。總之,這次的潮州菜之旅真是讓我留下深刻印象。如果你想吃精致中餐,這家餐廳一定是個首選,簡直就是美食、好環境和貼心服務的完美組合。我迫不及待要

過年同屋企人邀請朋友食飯,整體感受頗為一般,如注重服務細節,菜品特色,我個人認為係香港,千幾一位,還有更多更好的選擇。體驗細節:餐廳入門位略顯隱蔽,冇人接應,扶手電梯只有單向,而我地到達時只有落的方向,離開時只有上的方向,驚訝是否行錯入口之餘屋企人年紀大,還需行一段較長樓梯☹️。隨後入座,可能因為新年人手安排,有兩位員工在包房外竟然起爭執🥶其中一名年長的男員工負責我哋包間,換碟上菜全程黑面,洗手間地面有水,對長者又不是太安全…🫠菜式口味:不算驚艷,也許期待過高。尤其其中一道'菜', 古法炸黑毛豬粿條,一個A4紙大的白碟上,好大對比的有4粒2cm黑懵懵,少的可憐既嘢,全台都o噻嘴,第一反應咩黎㗎,同埋呢4粒嘢幾錢呢,點解咁講,可能因過年求好意頭,每一道菜並不會將單價列出,只出一個lump sum俾你,菜牌寫住'時價',咁你就自己估啦😂

名氣高企嘅五糧液大酒家餐廳格局非常有氣派絕對係宴客之選❤️房間寬敞大方得體 服務都係高質👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻正宗潮州菜 菜式款式多且新穎而且都好精緻🤩🤩🤩不過個人覺得味道一般 少左啲驚喜*可能除咗蟶子之外其他嘢我都覺得淡咗少少(不過個人既嘢 真係可以好個人既😈)

🥢 In recent years I’ve frequently been asked if I have any good Chiu Chow restaurant recommendations. I’ve always found it difficult to answer this question because there really aren’t many which I’m satisfied with. But who would’ve imagined that the famous 🇨🇳 Wuliangye originating from Yibin would open up a restaurant in Hong Kong serving Chiu Chow food which I would most definitely recommend to you all 👐🏻.🦀 The raw crab and mantis shrimp 🦐 are both marinated very well. 🦀 The raw crab and mantis shrimp 🦐 are both marinated very well. The flavour is amazing, and of course there’s garlic, parsley, Chinese celery etc., but they’re all very balanced, and nor is the marinade too salty. Obviously the crab and shrimp themselves are very fresh and full of cream. Absolutely scrumptious!

🌊 Was also very surprising to see 薄殼 which are super mini mussels that are usually only available around mid autumn festival. Fried very nicely and full of basil 🌿 aroma.

🦢 The 滷水鵝 goose in brine was excellent too! The flavour was well balanced and once again not too salty, but at the same time had adequate flavour and colour. The head and neck was very tender whilst the skin was slick. I loved the goose web, the texture was lovely and it was huge! The foie gras was smooth and moist.

🦈 I know not everyone is comfortable with eating sharks fins nowadays, but it was absolutely phenomenal. The flavour was spot on, the texture of the sharks fins were just right and it was absolutely delicious. What’s more it’s served with a candle underneath in a beautiful bowl.

🍜 A highlight here is the Tai Chi noodles which is like a progression to the renown pan fried duck egg noodles dipped in sugar and vinegar 糖醋麵 but to be honest the original duck egg noodle part was good, but the green chive noodles were too soft and bland. Anyway, nice gimmick!

🍨 The sugar coated taro dessert 反沙芋 is famous for being hard to make, and it’s done rather well here too!

💰 Good things come at a price, but then again, it’s worth it here!

Came for dinner over the weekend, love the privacy in here. The staff are warm and very welcoming, delicious raw crab and goose platter (goose meat, liver, intestine) very well braised and a bit on the salty end of the scale.Tried the pepper soup with pork (lots of pepper in it) and olive with 🐚 which is fair. Tried the pepper soup with pork (lots of pepper in it) and olive with 🐚 which is fair.

Oyster omelette and oyster congee are both made the traditional chiu chow way which is rarely found in hk nowadays.

Fish cooked with raddish (instead of cooking it the normal steam way, the whole fish is fried then steamed) taste ok but no wow

Super full but still managed to try a spoonful of the taro pudding coz I haven’t had it for ages, love it
just the right amount of sweetness with strong taro flavor.

Too much food, stomach not big enough…

An exquisite experience at the new Wuliangye restaurant, a great initiative by the famous Chinese liquor #五糧液 . Ultimate privacy from each dining room, attentive service & great food too. 1) “Tai Chi” pan fried crispy noodle served with sugar and black vinegar 太極黃金煎麵 $238. The look itself is appetising , crispy & aromatic, not too oily, well done 👍🏻 2) Braised Chiuchow platter 滷水拼盤 . 3) Deep fried shredded radish dumpling 蘿蔔千絲酥 $125. This is SO GOOD! Definitely a must eat. All dimsums are made-to-order! The dumpling skin was so delicate that it literally melted in my mouth on first bite 👍🏻
4) Steamed Chiu Chow dumpling 🥟 潮州粉果 $125. Will give it a rating of 3/5, it’s ok but nothing special.
5) Deep fried minced shrimps dumpling 傳統炸蝦棗 $160. It’s an ok dish but not spectacular.
6) Deep fried Pu-Ning beancurd, freshly delivered from Puning to HK daily 炸普寧豆腐 $168. A very enjoyable dish, again not too oily!
7) Stewed bitter melon with pork belly in casserole 黑毛豬排骨苦瓜煲 $198
8) ancient shark fin (Btown shark) 古法紅燒魚翅 (五洋片) $550. One of the highlights of today’s meal. Excellent dish!

環境和服務都很好難怪餐廳人氣高企生腌海鮮是潮菜特式之一而且能做生腌的香港師傅已買少見少很合適下酒鹵水味道很好由其鵝肝最特別是梅子蒸魚味道十分匹配炒肚尖很爽脆,吃來像吃生腸,十分美味至愛是他們的清心綠豆爽,有陣陣檸檬香味每樣食物都很精緻喜歡潮菜的確認值得一試
