今日元旦唔煮飯出街食，樓下間酒樓改名前未食過，今日近近地想試吓，我同太太2個人點左4個點心同一個全日優惠。食物整體上合格有餘，而且價錢都好平，好似一籠2粒鮮蝦燒賣都係$9.8，而且份量味道都唔錯。另外2位唔同侍應sell 左我地$68四隻生蠔，有蒜蓉粉絲蒸、即燒、薑蔥，我試左薑蔥，d薑蔥味入哂隻蠔度，加上幾隻蠔唔係細隻，好味又扺食。不過洒樓有d舊，燈光唔多足，好d似內地既感覺，地板有啲黐立立，必須改善下。

Having lived in this district for a while, I was really looking forward to enjoying a traditional 茶樓 for weekend yum cha with my family. Unfortunately, my experience at this new establishment was disappointing.

The service was a disaster. Waitresses were yelling at customers to move for them, which created a chaotic atmosphere. The food was average, and the prices didn't justify the experience.

The management left much to be desired. I ordered a dish and waited 20 minutes, only to be told to wait another 10 minutes. In total, we ended up waiting 30 minutes for our food—what a waste of time!

As for the environment, it hasn’t changed much from 福臨酒家. The floor was sticky and oily, and the tableware and furniture looked like they had seen better days. It felt like everything was second-hand and in desperate need of an update.
