It is the Admiralty MTR station and walk all the way to LG1/F. If you drive, there is free parking for 3hours with $500 spending. Wheelchair is also accessible. They do charge corkage if you bring wine, $300 a bottle and also for cake caking… $300 as well. Overall dining experience is good. The ambience is excellent and the food quality is good. Dim sum is served hot & fresh and the size is big too. Most dim sum has 3-4 pieces. I like the BBQ pork bun the best. Their fried chicken is impressive too. Crispy outside and the meat is very tender. They are not too salty, just right. The desserts taste good but the dish presentation needs to be improved. They have restroom inside the restaurant and it‘s clean & neat. The price performance is relatively higher than other traditional restaurants but with the service and ambience there plus the food quality, it’s worth to try.

地點方便,晏啲食點心都仲可以食點心。無記錯既話last order 3點40。總括嚟講食物質素好正常,一啲都唔抵食,但係幾都好食。食咗菠菜蝦餃,生滾牛肉粥,芋角,牛肚,炸兩個粥牛肚炸兩,都幾好味但係我最鍾意食係菠菜蝦餃!!啲蝦彈牙啲菜新鮮食落去好正。芋角味道麻麻地因為唔係正宗個味道,但係都ok。Location is convenient, you can have dim sum till late. If I remember correctly, the last order is at 3:40. Generally speaking, the quality of the food is good, pricey, but tasty.The congee with beef tripe and fried dough noodle rolls were quite tasty, but my favorite was the spinach and shrimp dumplings!! The shrimp had a good bite to it and the vegetables were fresh, which made it very delicious.The taro dumplings were not my favourite. It's not how a traditional authentic taro dumpling should taste; not sure if it was a stronger beef flavor or something else?

假期想去金鐘飲茶,平時去的兩間酒樓因為宴會而不接客,走到太古廣場北京樓又裝修,最後只剩下隔離的天一酒家,價錢昂貴,不過行得太累無辦法。餐廳相當滿座,被安排水吧隔離的檯,感覺似臨時加檯。雪山酥皮叉燒包 $90個酥皮外脆,叉燒餡份量算多,味道不錯。牛肉腸粉 $90腸粉十分迷你,腸皮夠滑,牛肉餡味道幾好。大蝦星洲炒米 $288無色水又無咖哩味,什麼味道也沒有,蝦也是無味又不新鮮,係咪病人餐?!比茶餐廳還要難食,人生未試過咁難食的星州炒米。

Went here for the second time with my colleagues for a farewell lunch. .Following were some of the dishes we ordered that differed from my first visit: -Chilled Black Fungus with MustardThe mustard brought a pleasant sourness to the fungus, enhancing one's appetite. -Sliced Pork Belly with Vegetable in Garlic SauceThe pork belly was presented in rolled form, and the garlic sauce gave it an aromatic aroma. -Chilled Shredded Chicken & Floury Sheet in Peanut SauceThe floury sheet was chewy and the peanut sauce complemented the shredded chicken well. -Stir-fried Rice Flour Rolls with XO SauceServed in a stone pot, the rolls were piping hot and savoury with the XO sauce. -Singaporean Style Stir-fried Vermicelli with PrawnThe Vermicelli was slightly chilly and had wok hei. The prawns were quite meaty too. -Milk & Egg Yolk Paste Bun in Pig ShapeThe bun, shaped like a pig, looked absolutely adorable. Its paste was creamy, oozing out like lava. -Baked Egg TartThe tart had a crunchy crust with a warm egg custard. -Coffee Layers PuddingThe pudding exuded an intense coffee fragrance, and the sweetness was on point. -Fresh Pomelo & Mango with Sago in Coconut & Mango JuiceIt had a slightly bitter taste to me. -Japanese Red Bean with Taro Cone & Grass Jelly Didnt try this. .Overall, the food from this resto was quite nice, and the seating was comfortable as usual.

首先,因為10點幾先食咗早餐,大約12點去到酒樓,諗住嗌少少嘢嚟做lunch,叫咗一碟星洲炒米,同一碟鮮蝦腸粉,星洲炒米沒有鹹味同咖喱味,仲衰過茶餐廳去炒,碟鮮蝦腸粉,隻蝦就爽,又係冇味,粉皮好老,如果佢係咁嘅價錢提供咁嘅質素,不值得👎再跟住寫下服務,首先係高價嘅點心酒樓,連最Basic嘅烏龍茶都沒有提供,辣椒醬要叫侍應先至有,紙巾亦都是叫侍應先有,如果唔係隔離北京樓裝修緊,唔會去嘗試呢一間又貴又唔好食嘅酒樓
