The place is nice, been there twice, the food is too salty for both times. The desert is great, but i probably won't go there again because for the same price i can enjoy much better food in one of the 5 star hotels. Miss M need to find a better cook, both for M at the fringe and M on the Bund(shanghai), both cooks seem to have a heavy hand on salt!

Very nice service indeed. The foods are ok, really not bad, but not great either. The selection of wine is nice too.

平日晚飯時間都有很多人客，其中大部份是外國人。那位外藉的女supervisor非常親切有禮，食物方面有特色，有水準:1. 餐前麵包: 3款，普普通通。2. 龍蝦湯湯($128): 真材實料，有龍蝦肉，很濃味，但不會太咸。3. Turkish 小食併盤（細:$108): 有串燒雞、串燒羊、薄餅、沙律、提子飯醲青椒、濃味芝士...等，相當多款式，不錯。4. Parmesan cheese & parsley souffle ($118): Cheese和芹菜blend在一起，然後放在pastry內，頂部焗成好似甜souffle的模樣。沒有想像中那麼咸，唔錯。5. Tuna salad ($218): Char-grilled tuna上放有一隻poached egg，旁邊有許多羅馬沙律菜，另有一塊deep-fried fish fillet(唔知是什麼魚)。除此外，還有一個用小鐵盒盛著的anchovies，肉嫩，咸咸地，配合沙律菜食不錯。6. Lemon curd layer cake ($98): 似日式千層蛋糕，由很多層的pancake，夾入lemon sauce。當然很酸，但都可一試

This is surely one of my favourite fine-dining places. I had a few romantic dinners with my boyfriends (current and in the past) there. I absolutely know the atmosphere but I am never a big fan of classy pretentious restaurants. It wasn't that bad an experience the last time I had dinner there.<br />The restaurant was small but had a cozily refined ambiance. The big floral arrangement placed right at the small entrance was flattering to me. However, the chairs weren't designed for small-built frames. Well, the food quality is indeed excellent and the waiters are professional, but the tables are rather congested.The air becomes stuffy when restaurant is fully seated. Most customers are foreigners. It requires good English skills to read the menu. There is no view you can look out at all. Location is slightly inconvenient, as you need to walk uphill from Central MTR station. Very expensive.
