I’ve been here for a few times but it’s my first time trying their weekend brunch. If you come for food only, it’s $298/person for 6 starters and 1 main course. Of course, I opted for the free-flow option at $528/person and I had my first try on vermouth, which was delicious.The starters came as a shared platter and included mushroom soup, smoked salmon, Puglia burrata, 21-day dry-aged beef tartare, croissant and sourdough with PDO French butter and scallop carpaccio. Out of all these, I liked their soup most as it was rich and intense in flavour. Others were good but not particularly surprising..Mains were all impressive. 🥂Truffle Risotto With seasonal mushroom and parmesan, it was very flavourful and the risotto had a nice texture and not too firm, which I liked.🥂Black Angus Beef Striploin +$40Paired with mashed potato, raspberry veal jus and seasonal vegetables, the beef was very juicy and the chef brought out the best flavours in it.🥂Whole Three Yellow Chicken (1.6kg for 2 people) +$498It’s the best chicken I’ve ever had and is definitely worth the price and wait. Everything was just right and the chicken itself was impressive enough even without the vermouth chicken sauce.🥂Chocolate Lava Cake +$78We added this as a Father’s day dessert..Overall the mains were all delicious and I would definitely come back for their chicken..Overall rating: 8/10

找了好久,終於找到這家在上環的餐廳主要的是吃意大利菜和法國菜看重他這個法式風格的裝修也很喜歡這種白色配紅色的配搭食物方面非常豐富多選擇,而且價錢也很合理味道非常好 而且擺盤也很漂亮極度推薦他這個心太軟 真的很好吃因為我們人數比較多所以剛好成功預約到餐廳的房間位置餐廳老闆也很歡迎我們來慶祝唯獨晚上太多人,有點嘈吵😝 不過當中最嘈吵的應該是我們11個女生另外餐廳其他位置也很有情調我最喜歡的是酒吧位置和近窗邊的二人座位~另外職員也很友善~,我決定下次日光的時候再過來打卡因為他午餐套餐價錢也很合理下午套餐很便宜2 COURSES $1983 COURSES $238

Step into the cozy bar–Bianco & Rosso that leads to the cavernous dining area for the delectable Italian dishes. Starting with a glass of Prosecco. Make sure you try that Focaccia Pugliese Bread (HKD78). I have ordered a plate of Scallop Carpaccio (HKD148), which is given a very special touch by the herring caviar and mango sauce. This restaurant is a lively spot for the Whole Three Yellow Chicken (HKD698), I saw nearly every table order the three yellow chicken. The chicken was so delicious and perfectly tender, the skin was thin and crispy, and the vermouth chicken sauce flavor was so unique! 10/10! Highly recommend you guys to try it! The food was delivered hot and fresh. Move on to the Truffle Risotto (HKD188) and Langoustine Tagliatelle (HKD198), the tagliatelle tasted like fresh noodles, and the sauce for the pasta is lobster bisque, a creamy smooth sauce flavored with seafood stock and aromatics! Both were so rich and deeply savory. Don’t miss its dessert Cheesecake (HKD118), as well as the Tiramisu (HKD98). Service was also very kind and patient with us. Enjoyed everything! It was worth a try!
