We sort of stumbled upon this bar one night for happy hour. It was a small place but was already filled with customers enjoying their post-work drink and banter. We ordered Wild West Blackthorn which was under the category of “sour and funky” of draft beer, and it definitely lives up to the description. Another drink we ordered was Passionate from Miles Away. Blue Supreme is a hidden gem but it is so worth finding and getting to! They have a wide variety of hand crafted beers and wine. The service was great! The staff worked quick and were super friendly! The manager was awesome and made sure we were served well. He suggested some dishes for us to try and we were not disappointed. The duck confit burger and the sliders were tender and flavourful. They have a wide variety of hand crafted beers and wine. The service was great! The staff worked quick and were super friendly! The manager was awesome and made sure we were served well. He suggested some dishes for us to try and we were not disappointed.


The duck confit burger and the sliders were tender and flavourful. I personally loved the lamb burger. It was really crunchy and savoury! Most of the dishes had a very unique style and taste, which was very new to us but it was worth the try! We also had their popular milk and cookies and it was very soft and had a hint of mint flavours. It tasted great with the milk too.

We had such a good time and we will definitely come back!

Overall verdict: perfect place for a sunny Sunday arvo. Feels like I'm back in Aus.What we ordered:1. Blue cheese brioche2. Fries3. I like that the restaurant has an outdoorsy setting with a very chill vibe. The staff told me that the menu changes every few weeks. everything we ordered was delicious and they have to extra bread to finish the cheese - yay!

We went there on a Sunday for Brunch. Upon arrival at the restaurant (with booking) we were just told to sit where ever we wanted. It was fine until other guests started showing up and the allocation became a problem. Staff's attitude was average too.We ordered the Chicken Waffle, Schnitzel with Polenta and a Steak for the main course. It came with Starters as part of the set, aside from the Corn Fritters which tasted great, the rest of the food was mediocre - the steak was absolutely disgusting

I have never tasted a worst piece of steak. We asked for medium rare it came out almost well done. It was tough as hell and the seasoning was horrid, the sides were also terrible. Even Cafe De Coral can do a better job than that!

For a restaurant proudly awarded the best restaurant in 2019, I find it a JOKE. The food was an absolute disappointment and the beers were nothing special.

My advise, do not come to this restaurant. Waste money and time!

Blue Supreme will surprise you. Whether it's the food or beer, you will remember it. A corner bar in Sheung wan on a quiet street (they close the folding doors at shutters at 10 or so), Blue Supreme is snug enough that you’ll almost be certainly sharing a table. The service is excellent, proactive and very friendly, and they do a great job building a welcoming vibe that fits the setting (dim but not grungy) and (simple but distinctive).

They advertise a collection of “live” beers, a term I’m not familiar with, but which apparently means "bottled with live yeast causing a second fermentation in bottle; a process also known as bottle conditioning. Essentially it’s a live product." My friend tried a typical HK IPA (fine), but I had a wild ale (i.e. using a “wild”, non-standard yeast): Sourire de Mortagne, and it was probably the best sour beer I’d ever had. It's definitely funky, and if you don't like sour/tart beers you won't be a fan, but it was incredibly complex for a beer (never thought i'd say that!), and each sip was something weird and wonderful. They have 5 pages of beers, and 2-3 are in the Sour/Funky category, so you have plenty to choose from. One comment, many of their beers by the bottle are relatively expensive (over 100 HKD, and some way above) , but they have multiple draft beers which come in at regular HK bar pricing. Excuse the horrible picture - a delicious, fresh ceviche. Can't say it was revolutionary, but avocado, lime and seabass has never failed before, and doesn't here either.

All three were delicious, but while the fish taco and Big Mac were both as expected (i guess it's high praise that my friend said it was "just" a big mac?), the Chicken slider was incredible. A tender fried chicken patty, with the most delicious chipotle sauce and coleslaw. I didn't get to eat much of it (-_-) but it was juicy, spicy and savory all at once. Definitely a must try.

This is a May special but my god i hope it stays on the menu. Restaurant fries are too often over-cooked, where the starch and outer layer become too thick and crunchy, to the point where you cut up the inside of your mouth if you eat too many. These fries though have no such problem - simply the best fries i can remember. They're deliciously seasoned with herbs and served with a tasty aioli, but more than the flavor, these fries had the most incredible texture; like multiple layers of a light crunch while maintaining some pillowiness inside.  They reminded me of a video i saw from Heston Blumenthal before (https://bit.ly/1C2rTxy), where he fries, dries, and re-fries a batch of chips way beyond what anyone watching YouTube would ever bother with. It made me wonder if Blue Supreme uses a similar technique, because these fries are crazy. Anyway, if you go during May, you have to order these. 

Overall, Blue Supreme is a neighborhood bar for our times, with everything that includes; next level bar food, 5 pages of a beer variety i'd never even heard of, much less tasted, and for prices that the last generation of neighborhood bar-goers would definitely balk at. We spent 500 total for the two of us, with one drink each, and the food you see above. Expect to spend double that if you have 2-3 beers each, (which you definitely will). Still, for what i consider to be near the pinnacle of gastropub food and drink, it's not a crazy price to pay. Definitely worth a try, if only to try that amazing sour beer.

之前係外賣仔apps見到這間店是5粒星就很想試,當時見到這餐廳只做晚市,所以就沒辦法叫高層Lunch食,其實我希望同高層一齊食就唔洗用自己錢咁肉赤🙈這晚媽唔得閒煮晚餐的日子,我就決定貴都要來試這出名的鴨肉漢堡~ 賣相都吸引到流口水啦⋯⋯ 第一啖咬個包,鴨肉竟然香軟之餘還非常juice,第二啖壓爆左個蛋黃就令鴨肉更juice🤤 跟餐有的紅石榴沙律都好好食,咬爆d紅石榴都係爆汁的~ 而且紅石榴的營養價值都幾高的~ 我食到全碟乾乾淨淨就知有幾好食啦😆我吃雞同豬的機會太多,鴨肉算是少數機會吃到的食材,貴得黎好好食都值得😋其實我見到有客人要了迷你漢堡包,侍應跟我說那是雞的,看上去也很吸引,我想除了鴨肉漢堡,還有很多食物是值得一試的~另外,這次要提提餐廳環境,因為就算在室內都沒有關門窗隔離室外,而餐廳其實也是酒吧,喝酒的人很多都是吸煙的,而我是極之討厭二手煙🙊,但在這兒是會遇上二手煙的😓~這不隔離的餐廳也比較自由,有人帶了隻狗狗來,我就玩了一陣狗狗才走囉⋯⋯

另外,這次要提提餐廳環境,因為就算在室內都沒有關門窗隔離室外,而餐廳其實也是酒吧,喝酒的人很多都是吸煙的,而我是極之討厭二手煙🙊,但在這兒是會遇上二手煙的😓~

I don’t think there’s another restaurant+ bar in hk that I don’t mind going once every month. Constantly changing menu and friendly staff. Love this restaurant probably cause I’m addicted to craft beer. And They have amazing food that goes well the huge selection of beer . Only thing that can do better are the table settings, wish there were more individual tables instead of a big communal table in the middle. Great for parties and friends. so-so for romantic dinner.

I arrived at about 17:30, and dinner is only served from 18:00 onward when the chefs are ready. Therefore, I got myself a beer to kill time. This Gamblers Gold is the first one on the draft beer menu. It’s crispy and fruity, which was very easy and enjoyable to drink even for a beer newbie like me.

I came for this Instagram famous Duck Confit Burger, and it was absolutely amazing! The bun was so fluffy, and the thick layer of duck confit was so juicy, meaty and delicious! What’s best, the runny egg yolk added flavored to top up the bun and duck confit. Awesome! I also love the pomgranate on the side. Sorry fennel, you are not my thing. Forgive me for not touching you much to save some tummy space for dessert.

I also came for this Milk and Cookie. Usually it comes in portion for two people. I was so grateful that the waitress offered me a portion for one. I was quite sure that I could finish a portion for two, but it wouldn’t be as enjoyable since I would be really full and stuffed when I finish everything on the plate.

The under baked chocolate cookie was uniquely delicious. It’s warm and like American soft cookie, but a bit more crispy. And the molten chocolate was so tasty! What’s best is dipping it in the homemade mint milk. These two were definitely a superb match! Oh my god, I actually had a foodgasm there even though I was dining on my own. I am a happy cookie monster there and would definitely come back for the cookie and milk! There was more milk than cookies, and the milk was definitely great to drink on its own. Drinking milk in a bar like a boss, why not?

石榴子香甜爽脆,再配上塗抹了沙律醬的香軟麵包,味道更為豐富立體,配啤酒吃一流。小提示,一定要把所有配料與鴨肉一起吃,不然的話,鴨肉會有點咸。

這個法式西多士賣相精美。烤香蕉有著焦糖脆面,令軟腍的香蕉多一份脆口感覺,份外香甜。法式西多士十分鬆軟,滿有旦香,有著旦糕似的質感。表面上塗滿了幼滑花生醬和粉紅脆糖,再配上酸酸甜甜的雜莓汁,味道幾rich. 花生醬又香又creamy, 加埋summer berries glaze 的一點酸,有著畫龍點睛之妙。就像peanut butter and jam 是平凡又邪惡的美味配撘,永無失望。

嘩啦!甜的窩夫就吃得多,配炸雞還是第一次。炸雞大大件,炸得香脆juicy. 再夾埋香脆的waffle 一起吃,意外地十分合拍!正正是美國carnival 的comfort food,令人吃得暢快。

接著是duck confit burger,雖然已經是第五道主菜,但我們兩位女生也不會覺得很飽😛麵包稍微煎香,配上入口即融的鴨肉焗得很香,濃香的醬汁令口感更加提升,伴菜是我最近愛上的fennel,酸甜度適中,剛好中和 burger 濃烈的味道。

Last but not least,是甜品的時候! beet in marigold, vanilla milk 一試難忘。巧妙地將紅菜頭弄成 paste,加上微甜的 vanilla milk,是很具創意的配搭,yummy!

有別於一般的朱古力曲奇,每一塊都是新鮮烘焙,外脆內軟,配上冰涼的 mint milk,是夏天消暑之選。

整晚的 highlight 當然是它們出名的酸啤。晚飯後有幸跟Leonard聊聊,他們的啤酒直接向酒廠購入,品質得到保證之餘,價錢亦能保持最低👍

我和朋友都很喜歡這家餐廳,一定會再次到訪😊

A walk-in restaurant in Sheung Wan. They have an impressive selection of beers (a lot of which I never heard of). Their menu is best for sharing. I ordered the fries (best I've ever had), cornbread (you will never find anything similar to this in HK), Soft Scrambled Egg, Hokkaido Scallops and Duck Confit Burger (must-try). Their milk & cookies are the best. The mint infused milk is everything. Definitely worth the trip and coming back soon!

Have been here a few times. Usually for the duck burger. Nice hidden spot that usually has a great low key crowd. Duck burger and a beer are the way to go. If you feel like desert then cookies and milk are the way to go (they’re freshly baked and warm).
