Butler is a Japanese cocktail bar (5th floor) and a Japanese whisky bar (6th floor). We went to Butler cocktail bar (5th floor) after we received a recommendation from our dear friend, R🤲. Unfortunately we shown up without reservation on a Thursday evening and they were fully booked.However there is a butler whisky bar at the 6th floor. So we took the elevator and went upstairs. The design and concept is similar like the cocktail bar, but here they serve mostly single origin scotch and whisky from other origin. They also have aged whisky 18+. You can also order wine, plum wine, beer and a limited offer of cocktails, but their main area are whisky, neat or on the rocks. Besides they have food, but hot dishes are sometimes not available. Please don’t forget that the bar is at peak time serving 10-15 people with one super nice waitress and two barkeeper/chefs. The staff is mostly Japanese and super nice. They have bright knowledge about the whisky and food they serve. In the end we got our pasta napoleon. I went to a lot of bars around the world and usually you get good or bad drinks, but almost always mediocre or bad food. The pasta was good. The Japanese whisky was also good. The atmosphere in the bar is relaxed. Their is Japanese background music, but not too loud to allow conversation. We liked the interior design. We will come back and hope we get the Mantaiko creamy pasta.We really appreciate the hospitality and the secret gift. 繼續閱讀

日本嘅酒吧,日本式裝修,充滿咗日本酒吧嘅氣氛圍感,店員都是日本人,感覺好似去咗日本旅遊,今次食嘅海鮮意粉,味道非常濃郁,而且意粉非常入味,我好滿意呢一個生蠔海鮮意粉。而且仲飲咗兩杯Cocktail,真係好高嘅酒精度數,第二杯開始就有點醉啦。。仲有叫咗個生雞肉食,醃製得非常唔錯,而且仲有一杯迷你牛肉洋蔥湯,非常之欣賞呢個迷你牛肉洋蔥湯,滿滿嘅牛肉汁味道,加上係清湯底,實在太好味啦服務非常之好,有禮貌,又有耐性,交通非常方便,附近就係地鐵站。 繼續閱讀

同朋友喺尖沙咀食完飯想搵地方靜靜地傾下心事 意外發現butler超有驚喜!😆😆Bar interior係行日式風格 一入去已經覺得好chill🤤🤤然後聽bartender介紹原來butler會根據當日新鮮水果調酒俾客人🍎🍊🍋🍑我同朋友就分別叫咗一杯蜜瓜🍈+ Gin($188)同埋橘子🍊+ Gin ($178), 兩杯都好fresh好重果香,gulugulu好快就已經飲晒😚😚推薦程度:🌟🌟🌟🌟 繼續閱讀

這是一個未進食(飲)的食評。6月9日19:00,我訂了3人枱,我早到了10分鐘,但待應回應要人齊先入座,只好門口等。未幾,另一待應又要確認人名,確認過,又重複話要人齊入座。最後,好似可憐我咁,問我朋友可唔可以半個鐘到,我話都在尖沙咀了,先放我入去,但係裡面,只有一個客。我好唔明,因乜要我晌門口,等齊人呢?5分鐘後,我另一個朋友到,我們決定搵過另一間無咁多規矩,食得開心啲! 繼續閱讀

相關食物:Ardbeg Wee Beastie 5 year old,Customized fresh fruit cocktail (日本柑)Butler 其實我唔係第一次去,今次係第二次,上次去咗去佢哋間6/F Whisky bar,無留意佢有兩層,今次喺𨋢就求其揀咗5/F,後尾先知原來呢層係Cocktail bar 但其實個裝修係一樣,兩層都有cocktails, whiskies, 亦有嘢食(佢廚房喺6/F)所以相信唔使特別一定要去某一層講返正題,今次重訪就係因為上次感覺唔錯,掛住佢哋個明太子意粉所以再訪,點知今次體驗好令人失望,夜晚大約7點上到去,本身打算揀食物再睇嘢飲,但喺睇緊食物menu之際,個bartender 就叫我哋睇飲品先,因為通常係叫咗drinks 先,食物要同廚房confirm 先得,咁我哋就聽佢講叫飲品啦,我哋兩個人,一個叫cocktail,一個叫whiskey,兩樣都係佢recommend,cocktail 就係customized 當日水果(日本柑),whiskey 就介紹咗佢話新到嘅Ardbeg Wee Beastie 5y 飲品大約15分鐘內到咗,但嘢食就話可能要耐啲,點知一等就成90分鐘,其間有話要等多陣,又話因為廚房有啲嘢壞咗,到一個半鐘後就話幫我哋取消咗先,因為廚房整唔到,我哋就話咁埋單先因為我哋未食飯,到張單嚟到真係驚嚇,cocktail $178都算,single shot whiskey 收$250,兩樣都係menu 無寫,即係仼佢噏,話收你$500 single shot 都仲得,重點係Ardbeg 呢款whiskey 出面賣緊一枝$4xx,係一枝!而家一啖收我$250(見圖,圖片係未飲過時影)!呢樣真係唔合理,明白餐廳要賺錢一定係貴過自己買,但如果menu係寫得清清楚楚,客人唔會咁不滿,好似俾人呃咁,價錢任佢寫(佢哋真係用手寫單俾你,唔係入機,好懷疑佢係海鮮價!),加上佢哋本身係有每位$200 min charge,同每位$30 入座費,諗返起就更加覺得成件事好唔合理而且佢哋仲要唔一早講俾客人知無食物俾人,講真呢個時間入座大部分係食晚飯,你90分鐘先同人講無,我哋走時都差不多9點,咁點解一開始迫人叫咗飲品先?諗返起真係覺得有啲存心欺騙成份,要人點都order 啲嘢,最後就算唔俾嘢食都至少收人200幾先走到今次真係感覺好差,後尾睇返其他人嘅reviews 先發現原來唔係淨係我哋有咁嘅感覺,見到有唔止一個嘅客人都有同樣感覺,有人又係”被”recommend off-menu 嘅嘢飲,之後收$350!而且又有啲等嘢食等好耐嘅經驗今次寫得有啲長,不過希望將整個過程詳細寫出嚟等大家去之前要小心,如果真係想去試又唔想有俾人呃錢嘅感覺的話就要叫嘢小心啲,最好叫menu 上有價錢嗰啲或者問清楚幾錢先落單!佢環境同食物係OK,但呢次經驗真係令我好卻步,雖然出去食嘢飲嘢兩位$500幾都預咗,唔貴,但搞到俾人呃咁真係唔好受!Whisky方面,雖然店員講到呢隻好特別,但飲落一般,無特別驚艷Cocktail方面,普通,其他bar都做到 繼續閱讀
