Confusion Plant based Kitchen (已結業)

An absolute gem. You do not need to be a vegetarian to go here, just a foodie with good taste. It’s only been open a few weeks, so get there before there is a line out the door!Try their signature burger with tofu fries. It was a near perfect experience, and I’m not a vegetarian, my friends choose to eat there and I’m glad they did!

在5 月尾，經過上環蘇杭街，見到開了一間新餐廳 <Confusion Plant based Kitchen>，Grand opening 是 June 8！由於老闆娘是印度人，店員包括：菲律賓人及英國人...等等； 老闆娘指，既然大家都有 fusion，所以餐廳名叫 Confusion！這裡空間感充裕！供應：特色美食Water: Rose, Mint, Lemon, Infused water自助形式斟水，加入玫瑰、薄荷、檸檬的水入口清新怡人，薄荷及檸檬的果酸最為突出，為33度高溫的炎炎夏日有解渴作用！Soup of the day: carrot and coconut  橙黃色而濃稠的湯底，甘筍與椰子是甜美的絕配， 卻是入口有點辣 ，一問老闆娘之下才得知加入辣椒！Baked Cruciferous Veggies Wrap: $80 (with soup or salad)配料包括椰菜花、西蘭花兩者都很熟， 還有新鮮的豆苗牙卻帶出臭青味，正是美中不足之處！ 還有烤豆腐，豆味濃郁，表面白色的外層，帶出金黃色而且入口溫熱！
