上年12月嚟過,當時食下午茶,對餐廳印象麻麻,記憶點係(1)冷氣弱;(2)咖啡細杯。有得揀就唔會再嚟,但不如人意,朋友傳出呢間餐廳的連結,話想食。事隔大半年,試多次~~假日late lunch時段到達,餐廳的午市套餐除包含午膳時段外,仲去到2030。特別的係,入座時,侍應仲提供埋晚市2人餐的餐牌。可能餐廳所有套餐都貫穿午、晚市!?午餐價格大致可接受,但要加一。餐飲的咖啡除美式、鮮奶咖啡外,其他要補錢。計埋加一,人均消費$90-100。而朋友點全日早餐,$148,加一後就>$160。餐湯/沙律:朋友點餐湯,只飲咗1-2啖;個湯杰身,似芡。全日早餐:英文叫Coti breakfast,用番餐廳個名,少費,係咪物有所值?我覺得如果散叫~$70都可以,但$148就絕對over-priced!雖然食材唔少,但煙三文魚顏色慘白;麵包/多士朋友好難先切得開;蛋得1隻,係太陽蛋,煎穿咗。最後,朋友食淨1/3碟,煙肉同茄汁豆冇掂過。日式胡麻波蛋香草豬肉腸藜麥沙律:個名好長,材料簡單。由於餐廳冇乜素食選擇,所以我點餐後就外帶香腸俾狗狗爸爸(相片冇影到啲腸)。沙律菜幾新鮮,水波蛋係中、大型蛋,熟咗啲,少蛋液。沙律有藜麥,健康加分。鮮奶咖啡:雖然仲記得咖啡細杯,但送上時仍有少少驚訝,可能只得150ml。杯碟幾靚,但拉花唔靚。咖啡非常熱燙,係滾水的溫度;咖啡味唔突出,冇乜特色。跟餐的話,點咖啡好過點果茶,朋友點咗凍蜜桃茶,零presentation。下次再有朋友想嚟食嘢,我要認真勸止。始終呢個價錢,食物質素可以好啲。上次餐廳冷氣細,今次亦一樣,就快大暑,怕熱人士會食到冒汗。

小編有日剛好係新蒲崗(鄰近啓鑽商場)完成工作,想食埋晚餐才回家。路過多個車房之後,見到藍色外墻但無餐廳名字,以爲自己去左九龍灣。入到去發現餐廳走溫馨cafe feel,墻上還有寫著"Happy Birthday"字句,環境都算乾净,食客普遍都是上班族,有些人更談及外國移民生活,環境氣息令小編我決定試試。烤美國豬鞍配芥末汁豬鞍十分大塊,而且應該有腌製過,所以口感會相對軟淋。芥末醬的酸甜味增添了香氣同味覺,可以份量再多一點。薯條是用整個薯仔切條而成,外脆内軟,加上番茄醬十分香口。煙三文魚藜麥沙律煙三文魚份量正常,並且整成可愛的玫瑰形狀。芝麻醬給得十分大方,不過小編建議醬汁可以另上,比食客自行調配。藜麥份量也很多,而且增加口感,加分位。估不到原來仲有溫泉蛋,溫泉蛋蛋黃偏向溏心口感,蛋黃味都算濃鬱。上面放左少少黑松露醬,中和了芝麻醬的酸膩感。每食一啖,口腔都會食到黑松露醬的香氣,有點refresh感覺。提拉米蘇咖啡甜品同飲品融合的idea挺有趣,可以滿足2個願望。Americano 同 Tiramisu各佔一半,建議先食1/3 tiramisu,不然到時會飲得好狼狽。今次係用忌廉而不是Mascarpone,輕盈帶蛋香味,表面可可粉的苦味同忌廉的甜味融合。攪拌之後,Americano的獨特酸味變得不明顯,但順滑口感更加突出。Coti the Bistro 新蒲崗五芳街31-33號永顯工廠大廈地下C號舖#新蒲崗美食 #新蒲崗 #鑽石山美食 #鑽石山 #Coti #Cotithebistro #cafe #foodie #foodiehk #hkfoodie

Been exploring this area a bit more cause I know it has a lot of good local restaurants (getting a bit bored of all the chain restaurants that’s everywhere in HK). We came for a dinner on a weekday where the service was quick! Ordered their smoked salmon salad ($88 for a portion that’s enough for 4.) it was deliciously smothered in their honey mustard and truffle sauce! It honestly made me want to keep munching on it since it was so tasty. Whenever I see eel notice it’s a must order for me 🤭 I always love the presentation of notice as it just makes me so happy and excited to dive into the dish! Their lamb chops had an interesting take where it was topped with fermented sauce. It was an interesting experience, but the lamb chop was a bit too fat for my liking - though the serving of fries were 👌🏼 Just to be extra indulgent in the Christmas mood, I also got a hot chocolate with a mountain of whipped cream to end the meal ☺️Honestly love supporting these local restaurants instead of always visiting the boring chain ones!

呢間餐廳氣氛好好,入面仲可以搞birthday party,工廠大廈入面竟然有甘靚既環境,入面好闊落好多卡位,食物都算多款,我地叫左一份牛扒,牛扒好大塊,仲要可自選熟成度唔驚煮得太鞋,肉質岩岩好,配埋薯條同少少沙律菜加醋汁同蕃茄好醒胃。飲品叫左一杯tiramisu cafe呢度既咖啡比較多款式同特別連奶醬多都有,小編鐘意tiramisu既咖啡味仲可以好似食tiramisu甘食到d creamy既cream,呢杯小編好鐘意佢既配搭同口感。
