I always come here after working out. Knowing that they have launched a new drink - pistachio oat milk latte, I came here for that again as I’m a pistachio lover. That latte was strong in pistachio flavour and I liked how they have already pre-set oat milk as base, which is more healthy. I also had their vegan carbonara, which was really hot in plate and big in portion. Definitely enough for my stomach after a strong work-out. My go to cafe, very comfortable and welcoming to sit and work on your laptop. Good WiFi and a lot of sockets, and I’m a fan of the standing tables. I’m not the biggest fan of their salads but I love their drinks! Coffee tastes good and strong and value for money (i usually order the flat white), smoothies and protein shakes are also good and rich but more expensive (peanut-pow-wow and choco-maca) 👍🏻 繼續閱讀

喺中環食個lunch,閑閑地都要$100落樓,經過見到有健康兩餸飯仲要$55 ,梗係要試吓啦. 仲要係PURE樓下,即刻覺得健康啲無禁罪惡我叫左個三餸都係$68,真心抵,同隔離曲奇店一塊曲奇一樣價錢😝😝有驚喜,佢唔同其他一般兩餸飯,用嘅係十穀米,唔係白飯,即刻感覺健康好多,我揀咗三個餸,一個係雞絲粉皮,一個豆腐蒜蓉蒸魚,最後一個係蒜蓉蒸雞胸我拎嘅時候仲好奇問一問店員,雞係唔係無激素,店員回答是無激素雞,呢個價錢可以食到無激素雞,喺邊度搵吖🤭🤭蒸魚好夠味,又唔會太鞋,好食蒜蓉蒸雞胸比我想像中冇咁嚡,雖然冇雞髀肉咁滑,但係感覺即刻冇咁罪惡感 繼續閱讀

今日同朋友去Bakehouse買蛋撻,途經Nood food,見到有新產品-健康兩/三餸飯。$55兩餸,$68三餸。用糙米飯,配蒸雞胸肉,花椒豆腐蒸魚同椰菜花。雖然冇乜落油,又幾好味。因為我比較細食,其實食到一半已經好飽。問過經理佢話每兩個禮拜轉一次菜單,平過同健康過IFC嗰啲食完成口都係有油嘅兩餸飯,下次可以再上嚟食。再嗌多咗杯blueberry smoothies, 應該改咗Menu冇以前咁貴,可以自己選擇要加啲乜,只係$45杯。絕對係中環人午飯好選擇。 繼續閱讀

Something new as I noticed the recent rollout of two dishes rice that's perfect post work out - red rice with diced chicken breast and steamed eggs. The garlic seasoning enhances the flavors and make it a delicious and nutritious one! The staff gave you around two scoops per dish, which was considered too little to fill my empty stomach, and I'm a lady. When asked upon additional scoops, the staff reminded I could pay extra to have another salad or dish to make it a fuller meal. Apart from the smaller portion and the red rice is more chewy side, the takeaway box is still considerably a protein rich one. 繼續閱讀
