The food is great, ingredients are fresh and of good quality. However, the down side is, its service is slow and generally lacking. When we first went there a month ago, it was a lot busier than yesterday. The waiters & waitresses were flat out, so obviously they just dont have enough staff to cater to the crowds. OOLAA is the best breakfast in central, no doubt. i went to soho to meet up some friends,and found out there has a newly opened restaurant,so we went to try,however, we have to line up for around 15mins,and we ordered just coffees and it takes at least 20 mins to come,the service were so slow,the the boss was so arrogent,when i ask him about their bad servicing,he said something like you could leave if you don't like it here,OMG.
