有時會想念Cova呢杯濃濃嘅朱古力🍫~同埋喺人來人往嘅又一城,悠閒咁坐喺度食個港女三層架🍰~呢日趁五六月工作高峰期之前嚟食食下午茶😋~因為無book位,所以等咗大約15分鐘先可以入座~佢哋嘅三層架基本上都仲係哥啲甜品撻仔🧁~有一個濃濃嘅朱古力撻,同埋一個酸酸地嘅檸檬撻~但鹹點就有少少換咗,其中個帶子好軟滑好鮮味🦪~仲有上次都有食過嘅龍蝦包~而且佢哋唧scone都好好食,外脆內軟又暖笠笠~真係希望可以快啲唔使撈,可以日日hea住嘆下下午茶🙈~

今日同閨蜜慶祝生日,到Cova 食個lunch🥳,味道不錯,服務態度好好👍其中有個經理走過嚟問我哋食物OK嗎? 其中一個意大利飯,我覺得偏鹹,佢好細心再安排重新再烹💗。另外還特意安排在甜品蛋糕上寫上生日快樂,再送上即影即有相片給我們留念。菠蘿蛋糕味道超讚,有新鮮菠蘿粒好清新。整體10分滿意👍

個人特別欣賞呢種老式太太hightea Cafe,每次去到都會諗起城中富豪太太掌摑傳聞,令成件貴婦high tea時件特別立體。又一城食飯唔算好多嘢揀,唔太肚餓是但搵間西餐,服務算正常,特別欣賞佢對餐具同table setting嘅要求,餐具拎上手,係同其他食店質感好唔一樣,就係用緊以前舊式酒店有銀器嘅感覺。老實講,食物質素大不如前,但係擺盤,格調,服務,做足俾你成個Menu,可以揀嘅嘢食唔算多,就係可以俾你享受吓Hospitality嘅感覺。叫咗海鮮飯,同埋一個意粉,中規中矩啦用料係OK嘅,都可以返頭再食嘅。

2024平安夜,因為有早鳥優惠所以訂了這間店吃聖誕晚餐,一直忘記寫食評,今天經過這間店,突然記起這個不快的用餐體驗,感覺一定要寫食評。當日被安排座位後,已發覺員工有點不正常,因為沒有人給你餐牌或者飲用水,沒有人理會你。起初我以為是因為上一批食客未離開,所以就給一點耐性等他們安排。但一直等,沒有人理會你,直到15分鐘後我叫了其中一位女侍應,問他是否可以下單?他的態度超級惡劣,然後我忍不住說了一句你的態度真的很好!然後我看到他的樣子立刻感到尷尬,而且那個黑口黑面的表情沒有了。可惜他對其他食客一樣態度差。其他食客和我一樣。要等超過15分鐘才會有人給它下單,我隔籬枱更離譜,等超過半小時都沒能可用餐。感覺整間餐廳氣氛十分有問題,員工工作好像很忙,但其實當天的客人並不多,然後他們的樣子每一個都很不友善,就算食物有多好,我相信我不會再來這間店,相比起金鐘的分店,這裏的服務簡直是負100!!!試問會有那位平安夜來吃個晚餐,要被冷待還要看服務員的面色?
