This a quick and healthy breakfast bite, and perfect post a morning workout and pre-work. I had an avocado bagel without egg (which is suitable for vegetarians). There is a choice of either a plain or a seeded bagel, and I chose the latter. It was toasted and the avocados were spread perfectly and evenly to make it a warm and delicious bagel sandwich. Also, I chose to eat it there, and it was provided in a clean wooden tray with a paper cover. The staff was friendly and cooperative too.And it also comes with the option of adding egg within it. It is also available as a combo offer with a coffee in the morning for breakfast. Nood food都跟上潮流,終於有三餸飯。今日lunch time諗唔到食咩 就去咗試呢個三餸飯。佢嘅三餸飯價錢當然會比起一般嘅貴 但係食落去我覺得都唔錯嘅佢都有五六款可以揀 今次我就揀咗豆腐 魚 同埋蔬菜 蛋白質嚟講係非常之足夠 食完直接去gym好方便 繼續閱讀
