The mountain is made of orange-flavour cake, melon-falvour and ramune-flavour parfait.
Strawberry jam and sakura-flaour jelly are added as decoration aside the mountain.
蜜瓜味和波子汽水味的芭菲十分配合兩種味道一起吃不會被仼何一種味道覆蓋。

蜜瓜味部份質感十分幼滑，波子汽水味部份質感像刨冰又像綿花冰有人口即溶的的感覺又有一點碎冰的口感。
Very smooth texture of the melon-flavour parfait. Ramune-flavour parfait tastes like shaved-ice.
櫻花味啫喱軟綿綿，配上草莓醬吃，味道不俗。
Sakura-flavour jelly is tasty with strawberry jam.
櫻花味紅茶 ｜Sakura Black Tea ($38)
淡淡的櫻花味配上紅茶，味道蠻好，而且能沖淡蛋糕的油膩感，讓口腔清新一翻。
Mild taste of sakura with black tea is refreshing.
草莓綠茶 ｜ Strawberry Green ($36)
茶味清新，而且賣相很有趣。
