Went to Ichiran for late lunch. We arrived at around 4:00pm and didn’t have to queue up. Normally the queue is so long! The Ramen and broth was delicious. The ramen was cooked medium and exactly how I ordered it. The pork broth was cooked to order and I selected mild chili. It was not too salty or oily with a nice flavor. I added a hard boiled egg which was still runny on the inside. The bowl of ramen is so filling. Tastes as good as the Ichiran restaurant in Japan. Highly recommended.
