晚餐選擇了巴黎軒,因為環境看起來很不錯。我特別要求訂位坐在窗口位置,窗口位置只限時兩個小時,所以我選擇了6點開始,從日光食到夜光😂迎賓小吃是番石榴。通常我不太喜歡吃番石榴,但這個做得非常好,酸甜可口,很開胃。碟上那朵花原來是廚師畫的,很漂亮。燻乳鴿BB這一道燻乳鴿香氣撲鼻😍坦率地說,在家很難做到燻制,即使做也很麻煩,所以我當然選擇外出享用。脆米龍蝦飯一個小鍋裝滿脆米,服務人員會將脆米加入我的碗中,然後再倒入龍蝦湯。湯中已經有泡飯,通常我不太喜歡吃飯,但這脆米飯非常美味。如果不夠的話可以額外添加。(另收費)小棠菜杏仁原本打算點小菜煲,但看到這個賣相很吸引人,所以就試了一下。服務人員說蝦膠混入小棠菜。吃完後我告訴吳生,回家後我也要試著做這一道。椰汁南瓜糕如果不點甜品,就是一頓美好的晚餐了。這個甜品真的不錯,提升了整個晚餐的級別。另外一道甜品是酒店送的,一般般。飲品我喝了熱情果汁,吳生喝了紅酒,兩杯飲品都很美味✌️結帳時服務人員問我對今晚的晚餐滿意嗎,我很客氣地說甜品可能需要改善,服務人員也覺得這裡的甜品一般。他會跟廚師反映。餐廳環境很不錯啊 ~

和家人到澳門巴黎人酒店微旅行。在巴黎軒訂了晚餐。Menu 目不暇給(OMG我有選擇困難症)。地方舒適,服務細心周到。前菜是分子料理,大大的一顆包著如百香果汁,十分開胃。自家椒鹽豆腐-豆腐是師傅自己製作的,有香濃的黃豆味,外脆內軟,吃的時候一定要小心熱!燒鵝一點也不平凡,吃得出是嚴選的食材,皮脆肉嫩。師傅醃製的功力也甚高。脆米波士頓龍蝦泡飯是必食!米是炒香過的,鮮甜的龍蝦湯,配啖啖肉的波士頓龍蝦,吃前加點脆米混合口感十分豐富。三杯銀鱈魚十分香口,用三杯雞的方法烹調銀鱈魚實在少見,火候處理得很好,銀鱈魚嫩滑,我特別喜歡薑蔥都沾滿了三杯汁,孩子把魚都吃光,我就把薑蔥到吃光。全部都滿分好味道。下次我要再來常常午餐供應的點心。
