第一次吃完青花的印象覺得普普通通,以為再也不會踏入這間餐廳了。在朋友的邀約之下,給了他第二次機會,但沒想到這次對餐廳食物完全大改觀。所以有了第三次帶家人來體驗青花用餐的經驗。原本對蝶豆花系列沒有什麼太大的興趣,覺得只是用來打卡拍照而已。當店員端上桌時,心裡想:疑~還蠻可愛的。熱呼呼的蝶豆花飯搭配肉鬆和腰果,沒想到竟然這麼match,飯裡的葡萄乾整個畫龍點睛。時不時還可以搭配波蘿一起吃。不喜歡吃沙律的我,覺得超有驚喜。一大碗生菜加上甜甜的芒果和柚子,讓人覺得不會單純只是在吃菜,中間還會咬到一些脆脆的口感,很有驚喜的一道沙律。甜甜加上炭火燒過的豬腩,用生菜包起來吃減少了豬腩本身的油膩感。一定要趁熱吃,冷掉就不好吃了。配飯或配光酥餅都是不錯的選擇,口味偏甜。比起上次點的紅咖哩,更喜歡這次的馬沙文咖哩。多層次口感的楊枝甘露奶蓋,很好喝,但要小心喝完會吃不下其他餐點。熱熱的蝶豆花糯米飯很Q,配上切塊芒果和椰漿,這道甜點真心推薦。今天吃完後家人也表示滿意,叫我之後可以再訂位希望廚師能保持住今天的水準~ continue reading
