每當要煩惱晚餐吃什麼時,基本上最後都會選串燒店~原因主要是選擇多樣,主打可以狂吃肉肉深得我心~今晚來到紅磡,要在日本菜和川式串燒之間選擇,苦惱很久還是選了香噴噴的串燒總體都很不錯,用料實在,調料都剛好沒有踩雷不能吃辣的也有提供其他調味料可以自行使用,不怕味道太單調~希望有機會再回訪金針菇卷燒得不錯,金針菇沒有燒乾或焦掉吸收了肥牛的肉汁後爽口多汁所有串燒都點了小辣,有辣更惹味蔬菜類的串燒和菜品都不錯,火喉剛好,全都多汁香甜雞髀菇下次不加辣椒粉的話會更好食這家用料算是蠻實在的,二十多塊錢有兩排完整的魷魚須,感覺很划算,而且味道也不錯我曾見過只有兩條須直串在竹籤上的….沒有對比就沒有傷害豬頸肉燒得外焦里嫩,爽脆惹味,保持水準,肉肉都香噴噴的炒飯值得一贊材料雖然是常見的雞蛋香腸三色豆,但新鮮炒起很有鑊氣調味適中而且不油膩,飯粒乾爽有嚼頭本來看到三色豆感覺應該一般,打算嘗個兩口就停,但出乎預期地實在太香,不知不覺吃了半碗 continue reading

經常都去紅磡搵食,買糖水嘅時候聞到咁香,夜晚九點幾都座無虛席,排隊都要試吓店舖雖小,各式各樣嘅串燒地道小食都有充滿家鄉風味。羊肉串牛肉串,燒得剛剛好帶點焦香,外脆內軟,配上調味料孜然粉,肉質有口感原條燒茄子,肉質又滑,配上蒜蓉孜然粉,好惹味,燒得剛剛好鰻魚炒飯,好夠鑊氣,配料多,米飯粒粒分明,仲有啖啖鰻魚川北炒米粉,我非常欣賞呢一個,下次要試吓炒粉絲雞蛋,腸仔,生菜,蔥花,配秘製醬汁炒埋一齊香口惹味飲返杯啤酒或可口就岩哂最後仲可以叫埋燒菠蘿,燒完嘅菠蘿特別多汁又甜 continue reading

【九龍城區】【川味香】我喺紅磡返工,成日都好夜去到凌晨時份先收工,所以對宵夜嘅需求都係有。嗰時點解叫 1amfoodie 都係想講吓凌晨一點食嘢之苦,點知之後有肺炎,天一黑就唔使食,先有之後嘅故事。呢次收工後就同皮蛋哥喺紅磡搵嘢食,見到呢間就入咗去試喇。我哋先試 $15 嘅「燒豆卜」,估唔到佢燒得嚟鎖得住水份喺裡面,令到佢焦香得嚟發揮到豆卜嘅特性。而 $38 嘅「燒厚切牛舌心」就做得到本身牛舌該有嘅高度,好味。而 $28 嘅「燒火雞子」就係我最期待嘅一串,平時食雞子多數都係煮,好少燒,呢串都好正。之後到 $25 嘅「燒午餐肉」,成塊午餐肉配淡淡嘅蜜糖,好邪惡。而 $15 嘅「燒韮菜」都燒得好香好正,又唔會太乾。最後 $70 兩隻「燒蒜蓉扇貝帶子」都好濃香,有鮮味。嘢飲方面,飲咗 $12 嘅罐裝「芬達」同兩枝 $15 嘅「烏龍茶」,埋單 $233,唔貴喎。。。(地址:紅磡德民街29號德民大廈地下J1號舖) continue reading
