【九龍城區】【川味香】我喺紅磡返工,成日都好夜去到凌晨時份先收工,所以對宵夜嘅需求都係有。嗰時點解叫 1amfoodie 都係想講吓凌晨一點食嘢之苦,點知之後有肺炎,天一黑就唔使食,先有之後嘅故事。呢次收工後就同皮蛋哥喺紅磡搵嘢食,見到呢間就入咗去試喇。我哋先試 $15 嘅「燒豆卜」,估唔到佢燒得嚟鎖得住水份喺裡面,令到佢焦香得嚟發揮到豆卜嘅特性。而 $38 嘅「燒厚切牛舌心」就做得到本身牛舌該有嘅高度,好味。而 $28 嘅「燒火雞子」就係我最期待嘅一串,平時食雞子多數都係煮,好少燒,呢串都好正。之後到 $25 嘅「燒午餐肉」,成塊午餐肉配淡淡嘅蜜糖,好邪惡。而 $15 嘅「燒韮菜」都燒得好香好正,又唔會太乾。最後 $70 兩隻「燒蒜蓉扇貝帶子」都好濃香,有鮮味。嘢飲方面,飲咗 $12 嘅罐裝「芬達」同兩枝 $15 嘅「烏龍茶」,埋單 $233,唔貴喎。。。(地址:紅磡德民街29號德民大廈地下J1號舖)
