Bookmark 咗呢間米芝芝上海菜 x 川菜好耐,今次帶埋東區之友嚟嘗新,估唔到真係好有驚喜😋前菜嘅一家醬鴨,鴨肉鹹鮮多汁,腌得夠曬入味。估唔到係個前菜嘅份量咁足,80 蚊好抵食傳統美食仲必須大推外婆紅燒肉配流心蛋(有人堅持話係紅燒外婆肉...🌚)睇落好似偏肥但神奇哋食落竟然係完全唔膩,而且肉質細嫩入味,好推介創新嘅藤椒豆干絲炒苦瓜,好少食到帶麻味嘅苦瓜,苦瓜脆口嘅質感,同軟熟嘅豆干絲相映成趣,係好下飯嘅菜式~叫咗個金銀蛋煙腿炒飯,鹹蛋黃同火腿嘅嘅香氣滿佈每一啖,而且最緊要係炒得夠乾身最後緊係最緊要嘅甜品時間,一家嘅名物即叫即製高力芒果奶黃,用蛋白打到企身再包住芒果奶黃油炸,食嘅時候再點上糖霜(可以自己控制份量就唔怕太多糖)入口 fluffy 甜而不膩芒果味同香滑嘅奶黃原來咁夾連名都咁名有趣嘅夏日特色飲品,用新鮮桃製成嘅海桃子,清甜嘅桃子果汁加上奶蓋,入面仲有勁多果肉層次好豐富。淘氣細佬番石榴菠蘿紅莓梳打,勁大杯好夠氣,依家嘅天氣飲係好爽快~大滿足嘅一餐~未食完嘅時候已經諗定下次嚟要挑戰咩新菜式~
