實在太耐無約朋友聚下了。今日難得放假,就約咗個老朋友,兩個去荃灣食個chill lunch,跟住行下海之戀嘅DonDon。如心廣場嘅Bamboo Tai開業無耐,已經好多人幫襯。不論餐廳環境、食物質素同價錢都非常之好。宜家就等小弟講下我地食咗啲咩啦。泰式生蝦刺身生蝦刺身好新鮮,好傳統嘅做法,配一片蒜片同一片辣椒片,再加埋汁醬,令蝦嘅味道更鮮味。冬蔭公唔好膠睇佢細細碗,材料都非常多,大蝦、草菇、雜菌等等。湯嘅味道非常鮮甜,酸酸甜甜、再加少少辣,飲完依個冬蔭公,夠哂醒胃。火山排骨(小)打卡必點嘅店鋪招牌菜。店舖好細心,附埋手套俾食客。用手拎住一件件骨咁食當然最滋味啦。唔想用手食,其實一樣可以。因為肉煲到腍哂,好容易就可以骨肉分離。豬肉配埋酸酸甜甜嘅湯汁食,非常之好味。招牌蟹肉臘腸炒飯蟹肉撈埋臘腸,原來都好match。炒飯嘅菜係幼露荀。用露荀嚟炒飯確係好少見,但出奇地好味。

冬蔭公
唔好膠睇佢細細碗,材料都非常多,大蝦、草菇、雜菌等等。湯嘅味道非常鮮甜,酸酸甜甜、再加少少辣,飲完依個冬蔭公,夠哂醒胃。
