多年前吃過六國酒店自助餐,最近發現原來Le Menu西餐廳剛剛重新裝修,就連自助晚餐的餐單都有大革新,又是時候來嚐鮮吧!餐廳以維多利亞風格設計,簡潔優雅而不俗氣,牆上的黑白懷舊照片重現昔日的酒店面貌,彷如走入時光隧道重溫歷史。翻新後的裝潢糅合了現代與古典元素,每一角落都充滿復古藝術氣息。靠窗座位坐擁灣仔鬧市景致,入夜後璀燦繁華夜景盡入眼簾。新主題【華麗盛宴‧自助晚餐】 主打龍蝦、花膠、特級牛扒等多款高級食材,全晚冰鎮海鮮源源不絕地供應,款式包括波士頓龍蝦、加拿大雪花蟹腳、美國麵包蟹、澳洲加菲蟹、熟蝦、東風螺及紐西蘭藍青口。開邊龍蝦夠啖啖肉,澳洲加菲蟹亦是香港酒店自助餐中稀有,體型碩大肥美,肉質新鮮,爽彈蟹肉雪白細膩。論蟹膏之王,名列前茅的必定是麵包蟹,內裡儲滿豐富的蟹膏,甘香軟滑。魚生刺身即叫即切,包括象拔蚌、馬刀貝、三文魚、吞拿魚、甜蝦、八爪魚等多達6種款式。鐵板燒即叫即製,利用新鮮食材帶出食物最原始的風味,款式有龍蝦、鴨肝、虎蝦、扇貝、牛柳粒。鐵板燒最着重火候,龍蝦熟度剛好,剛好燒得微焦的,龍蝦肉在鐵板上煎過香氣更逼人。即切肉類亦有美國特級有骨肉眼、燒羊架及片皮鵝,肯定可滿足各食肉
