日本料理@荃灣門口有隻船,整到好有日本 feel!因為我哋飲 sake,所以侍應俾咗啲 sake 杯我哋揀呢大盤杯都好靚!最後揀咗呢隻「富士山」咁樣嘅杯Sake 嘅米味好香,易入口300ml 都夠我哋飲足成餐,哈哈前菜整得小巧精緻最左嘅左口魚魚肝啫喱個面有啲似水墨畫唔止樣子清雅,味道都係較清淡爽彈,要食先跟住就係最右嘅伊達卷,係一種厚身帶點甜味嘅捲蛋係日本過年會食嘅嘢嚟~蛋漿加咗海膽同蝦,果然真係好「伊達」(即係好豪華)廚師推介嘅 Menu 有唔少選擇啲魚仲可以揀浜燒、刺身或者兩食我哋就點咗鱸魚刺身同剝皮魚一樣都係點酸汁食,幾有新鮮感刺身拼盤有金目鯛、深海池魚同拖羅深海池魚非常新鮮爽甜!拖羅刺身油脂豐胰脂肪紋理好似雪花咁!活鰻魚白燒嘅賣相好靚朋友話啲花瓣好似水波聽佢講完都覺得詩情畫意咗,哈哈白燒係唔落佐料就咁燒完全食到新鮮鰻魚原汁原味嘅鮮味!一定要點!油甘魚魚腩汁煮嘅調味唔錯魚腩嘅肉質結實,一啲腥味都無天婦羅好特別,係花竹蝦同冰菜天婦羅!花竹蝦好大隻好長,仲有膏添冰菜天婦羅都好食鮑魚 $68 一隻,新鮮到仲識郁侍應幫我哋燒好,唔駛驚唔識燒,哈哈兩隻都好厚肉侍應會剪好哂俾我哋食黃金蟹膏甲
