京笹居酒屋雖然位處尖沙咀,窗外望出海防道人潮熙來攘往,但亞士厘道嘅入口真係行開尖沙咀嘅都無邊幾個會行到過嚟,默默地瑟縮喺鬧市一角。之不過但凡有美食之處,總會有唔少有識之士,當你以為佢哋座落喺唔起眼嘅位置,偏偏京笹就長期滿座,最好記得提前訂座。京笹係正宗日本人喺香港開設嘅居酒屋,每次打電話嚟訂座都聽到老闆好親切嘅日本腔廣東話。入到去環境就逼逼哋,同埋會聽到好多日文,證明都唔少在港日本人嚟幫襯。坐低之後就店員會拎份前菜過嚟,日日都唔同款,甚至乎同一日唔同時間嚟都有機會唔同,今次呢款有啲wasabi味幾開胃。之後就咩都唔駛講,即刻叫咗個刺身沙律,每次嚟都係必食,刺身同沙律混埋一齊真係出奇地咁夾,我覺得直頭係鎮店名菜除咗刺身沙律,其餘都係未必會次次必食,畢竟京笹Manu咁多選擇,真係有排試蒜片牛柳粒(4/5)其實好好食,但真係唔襟食,如果慢慢食,啲牛柳粒凍咗就即刻變得唔好味,所以要趁熱食,牛柳加蒜片真係perfect match炸蝦天婦羅(4/5)其實之前嚟都有食開,但今次炸到少少過咗籠,但入面隻蝦都係咁正汁燒鰻魚(5/5)平時叫開銀鱈魚西京燒💯,真係超好食,今日就試吓鰻魚,嘩又係咁正,啖啖肉
