今日同屋企人去食韓國料理,一出之前菜,擺盤靚,又好食。首先我哋食咗醬油蟹,以前都食過,但係呢一間係爆膏,鹹度又啱啱好,店員有提出要同時同我哋做燒烤牛肉,但係我哋拒絕咗,大家令到我哋可以好好品嚐個醬油蟹。今次好幸運遇到一位友善,有禮,知識豐富嘅短髮女店員,幫我哋拆蟹肉,拆到擺盤勁靚外,亦為我地介紹咗酒嘅配搭,同埋原來佢個鰻魚醬係用鰻魚骨熬製出嚟,食落去有少少藥材味,好特別,聽完佢介紹啲嘢食覺得啲食物層次提升左,鰻魚都好好味。
