Make life one long weekend:We had a pre-weekend dinner at Surasang 수라상. It’s an absolute vibe to enjoy served-at-the-table Korean cuisines next to floor-to-ceiling windows and speeding cars. My faves were the braised giant beef ribs with whole cabbage, and the gochujang seafood sashimi cold mixed noodles. Staff would come over at your table, scissors cut your beef & veggies; and chopsticks mix the noodles for you. Very fresh meats and sashimi, packed with flavours, literally one bite after anoth

We also shared uni and salmon roes gimbap, it’s authentic as the rolls were stuffed with Korean fish cake! Call it a night by savouring two glasses of specialty high ball: one with lemon slices; and one with vodka, lime and mints.
Perks: free unlimited refill of banchans, the kimchi and raw fermented squid were so delicious!
