響尖沙咀搵食,諗起好多年前食過既萬豚屋。全日行商場啲冷氣凍到飛起,入到黎又係成個雪房咁樣,原因好簡單,因為佢哋嘅賣點就係用超熱石鍋上菜,如果冇咁勁冷氣,就會食得辛苦坐低都係日本傳統比凍水東主其實有啲新嘢,但係我一心都係搵豬零食所以我哋幾個朋友仔全部都要返晒以前最鍾意食嘅豚肉飯同烏冬,只係唔同煮法同湯頭哈哈燒十勝豚肉飯,燒得好。肉係五花腩位,燒到啲油脂走晒,但肉質唔乾又彈牙,一啲都唔肥膩。加埋個紫菜絲同埋醬汁份量都好大,朋友仔食唔晒個飯個湯底係新嘅魚介湯底,配厚切豚肉手打烏冬麵。因為石鍋上出晒煙,熱辣辣,烏冬粗身又夠彈牙,湯底濃郁。配返厚身豚肉,湯嘅味道冇掩蓋豬肉本身嘅味道咬落去豬肉豬肉汁,啲豬肉有煎一煎熟左先放落湯度。唔同平時食日式叉燒咁成個馺熟無晒肉汁又薄無咬口,所以厚切豚肉肉汁仲保留係啲肉入邊,咬落仲好有質感。大量嘅蔥同草苗熱辣辣嘅蒸氣底下散發香味,消除油膩感。吉列豬扒烏冬,見唔到個吉列豬扒係好大塊,沙律汁係奇妙醬。少少草苗俾你清清口,炸豬扒炸衣夠薄香脆,肉質有彈性,比起燒豚肉當然係冇咁多肉汁亦都冇咁嫩。三色香辣面豉湯少辣配吉列芝士豬扒烏冬,湯底小辣都非常辣🙈所以面豉湯嘅味道唔出,

門口嗰隻鐵豬豬仲響度,牆身畫滿晒啲豬仔好得意。裡頭依然係咁細😂好多台好多人,個門口長期有人龍既畫面已經消失左喇
