日本著名甜品品牌Yoku Moku旗下的和風西餐廳Blue Brick Bistro在灣仔利東街內開設了日本以外第一家海外分店。Yoku Moku的招牌雪茄蛋卷自細就吃得多,到了這夜,終於一試Blue Brick Bistro的出品。餐廳入口就在Yoku Moku利東街店旁,上一層樓就到達用餐區。原來還有半戶外露台座位,稍後天氣更涼快的日子,在露台用餐應該會頗寫意。沒想到這裡的晚市4道菜晚餐每位約三百多,而午市4道菜午餐每位約一百多,以灣仔區來說定價真是平易近人呢。不過我們這夜人多勢眾,就選擇了從a la carte menu單點再大家share,當中部份都是店方的推介菜式。前菜的「蟹肉青蘋果沙律配牛油果芒果冷泡沫 」($128),蟹肉沙律鮮甜creamy啖啖肉(如果能落少點cream,可能會更好),加上新鮮芒果肉和旁邊的牛油果慕絲,配搭頗清新。而「清酒麵豉雞肝醬配多士」 ($108),上枱時侍應會多士下面的熱石噴上清酒,頓時散發陣陣香氣。雞肝醬滑溜甘香,味道濃郁,配片薄脆多士,邪惡但又滋味。餐湯我們選了「龍蝦濃湯」($158)。剛踏進餐廳時路過隔離枱已經聞得到龍蝦湯的香氣,難怪是店方
