聽朋友講有間酒樓有叉燒飯加佛跳牆唔錯,我第一時間就湧出星爺食神既回憶,二話不說就約朋友去試下係咩一回事。第二日放工同幾個朋友一齊去食,一坐底我已經決定要食谷飼豚肉叉燒飯配原盅佛跳牆,其他就交比朋友決定。過咗陣,我個黯然銷魂飯同超級無敵海景佛跳牆就到咗,叉燒飯大大件,咬落去夠彈牙好滿足,而佛跳牆就好足料,有鮑魚海參等,整體味道醇,去開既話可以試下依個組合。然後係蒜片和牛粒,和牛粒淋身牛味重但油份不足,配蒜片好夾。之後係明太子賽螃蟹,蟹肉十足蛋白亦好滑,平時好少食,但感覺唔錯。再黎既係啫啫遼參雞煲,雞肉好滑遼參爽中帶腍,蔥入哂味好好食。到肉絲煎兩面黃,湯汁另上可以保持麵質香脆,我自己比較鐘意唔落湯汁就咁食。最後係脆皮香芒蝦球,蝦球爽口,配個汁甜甜地淡淡芒果味亦幾夾蝦肉。食到尾叫咗個蘋果拔絲,糖絲外型華麗,蘋果表面好脆,果肉爽口香甜,係個唔錯既結尾。總結,依餐飯可以食到電影既感覺,整體感覺良好。
