維記 - 深水埗馳名豬潤麵,由細食到大,由從前成碗白泡湯到今日個湯頭無乜泡就知道維記都着重咗相頭要好,才能吸客。今日去深水埗買喇叭,特登嚟食返碗豬潤麵,無從前咁好食了。豬潤牛肉麵($35)湯頭清咗好多,重前的白泡係啲豬潤水嘅沉澱物嚟,亦都係個湯頭鮮味嘅來源,一見個湯頭清咗咁多,就心知不妙,一試果然係無咁甜,但都唔可以話清,係由甜變咗做偏鹹,有啲失望呢,豬潤就都係厚切,生熟剛好,無煮到過老,食到粉嫩同少少彈牙,好食嘅,牛肉都係,無過老,有肉汁都係好食嘅,麵底就偏硬身,本人鐘意咁嘅口感。咖映西多士 ($19)香脆,帶蛋香,咖映味唔太濃烈,西多士都叫做煎得唔錯嘅。雖則話就話佢差咗,但期實都係好食,食得過嘅,始終你想三幾廿蚊貨仔你都佢俾啲乜野你食呀,咁嘅價錢,其實已經好唔錯嘅喇。

香脆,帶蛋香,咖映味唔太濃烈,西多士都叫做煎得唔錯嘅。
雖則話就話佢差咗,但期實都係好食,食得過嘅,始終你想三幾廿蚊貨仔你都佢俾啲乜野你食呀,咁嘅價錢,其實已經好唔錯嘅喇。
