今次第一次同朋友黎到呢間日本餐廳小店支持下,叫左唐揚魷魚鬚($58)、汁煮凍鮑魚($68)、明太子油甘魚卷($78)、溫泉蛋($12)、匠山刺身冷麵($98)、匠山特上刺身飯($118)、白桃蘆薈梳打($28)、薄荷青檸特飲($38)、因為小店嘅關係,鋪頭空間唔算大,所以座位數量有限,過多一陣仲坐滿晒人,黎食嘅話穩陣D BOOK定枱😉呢到有唔同款式嘅SAKE提供,同埋呢區好少見有得嗌嘅生啤都有,正😎明太子油甘魚卷 :將佢地卷起做細卷嘅SIZE,一口一啖啱啱好,明太子嘅鹹香鮮味同油甘魚嘅鮮甜完美結合,一啖之間,滋味爆發😋汁煮凍鮑魚 :而家天氣咁熱,食凍鮑魚最適合不過,上碟時見D片數都唔少,幾抵食👍🏻將鮑魚用汁煮嘅方式再冷凍佢,保持鮑魚嘅鮮甜同口感,令人回味無窮🤤唐揚魷魚鬚 :魷魚鬚炸至金黃酥脆,外脆內嫩,非常香口惹味,配上沙律醬黎食,另一番風味😁匠山特上刺身飯 :擺盤幾用心,一碗非常豐盛嘅刺身丼飯😍有三文魚、三文魚籽、吞拿魚、吞拿魚蓉、油甘魚、帶子、甜蝦、玉子等食材,新鮮刺身魚片鋪滿喺飯上,刺身睇落有光澤,食落去新鮮肥美,每一啖都係享受🤩匠山刺身冷麵 :至於朋友熱得濟,所以揀左呢款刺身冷

雖然係日式小店,但食物種類都唔少,味道水準極高,聽職員講每逢星期五有日本直送刺身魚供應,夠晒新鮮,有驚喜🤩而且呢到仲要免加一,更加抵食👍🏻同埋見生日慶祝仲會免切餅費,非常之有人情味🥰值得再黎ENCORE同支持 補MENU
