今日去馬鞍山拜年，朋友帶我去咗佢經常幫襯既匠山日本料理。呢間店唔算大，但成個環境都讓人覺得舒服。見到店員同客人之間互動親切，令人感到自在。帆立貝刺身，口感鮮嫩，味道清甜，真係唔錯。玉子壽司，正常味道。軟殼蟹米紙卷，裡面係青瓜絲，加埋蟹釨，食落去又爽又脆，好開胃。燒墨魚餅咬落有墨魚粒，口感不錯。燒鱈魚棒好香脆，唐揚魷魚鬚炸得金黃酥脆，咬落去完全唔覺得油膩。汁煮凍鮑魚經過腌製，切成薄片，每片都好入味，呢個鮑魚有D驚喜，好味。如果唔係揸車，一定試Sake或者生啤，唯有等下次。菠蘿蘆薈梳打同白桃蘆薈梳打都唔錯，兩款飲品都好清爽，配香口小食都好適合。今時今日有服務但免服務費，真的要大讚匠山。下次再嚟！

馬鞍山好多小店喺新港城3期，但比較少人識黎搵食，所以呢度環境唔嘈又鬆動。評一下今晚點嘅野先：刺身 - 因為食左厚切三文魚覺得佢堅厚同新鮮，所以再order個腩位，認真係更加好食同多魚油。（原來逢星期五會有日本直送嘅刺身魚限量供應，應該仲多d正野揀）燒物 - 呢度嘅魚鮫係原條現切限量供應，所以一早book定個燒油甘魚鮫，有甘香惹味嘅魚油，多肉而且無雪味無腥味。另外，比目魚西京燒都好有水準，香甜同魚肉比較滑。主食 - 溫泉蛋和風牛肉飯、自家製溫泉蛋豬軟骨飯，牛肉係半肥瘦、豬軟骨夠淋，最緊要係流心嘅溫泉蛋同兩種唔同味嘅飯汁夠惹味好好撈飯。埋單無加一，帶左個蛋糕仔黎切，連切餅費都無，超抵食。呢區少有生啤同Sake供應，下次唔想出去迫黎呢度慶祝可以諗諗。
