正當大家都仲未可以東瀛遊時,日本其實早已慢慢滲緊入黎香港。近日又有一間蛋包飯老字號「グリル滿天星」登陸海港城,引來大批人流天天排隊,連P哥同E神都要搵XO仔兩兄弟一齊過海去探過究竟。週六中午,長長嘅走廊早已企滿老中青嘅食客,當中連BB車都見唔少,幸好翻枱迅速,四口子等咗半個鐘即成功入座。一如其他食評家所講,店內好多時都有吉枱,P哥亦心明此乃生意佬為製造人氣蛇餅所度嘅竅。店子內外嘅白色牆身望落光鮮潔亮。樓底高高嘅用餐大堂排出三行以防疫膠版隔開嘅二至四人枱。最舒適係圍邊嘅半梳化合拼式散座。餐桌上有大大樽水及自用餐具。因早已知悉必須以電子落單,所以就襯排隊時細閱牆上中、日、英對照嘅大型彩圖餐牌,選定菜式。最健康嘅哥哥點咗客「日式海鮮沙律」($148)。小肥個人簡單啲,揀咗餐牌上幅相最大嘅「滿天星肉汁漢堡扒蛋包飯」($238),諗住鎮店主打最有保證。蛋包飯嘅賣相同相片分別不大,橙亮鮮黃嘅蛋蛋鮮濃軟滑,絕對係碟上之最!反而蛋蛋下面嘅蕃茄炒飯唔似用日本米炒出,因飯粒細小且唔得肥潤;厚厚嘅漢堡扒亦唔夠鬆嫩,由於大家對$238嘅要求都較高,難免會覺得失望。意外地,P哥客「日式咖喱吉列豬扒蛋包飯」($2
