一直都沒光顧過夏麵館,終於等到它進駐新都城!這晚帶著公公婆婆外出晚飯,食上海菜是個不錯的選擇,可以到夏麵館一試了。餐牌設計的分類清晰,點餐方便,也可透過QR code點餐啊~~夏味燻蛋,蛋黃呈溏心狀態,半熟狀的蛋黃柔軟又香濃,蛋白燻得好香好入味!上海醬鴨,色澤亮麗,醬汁香濃,單吃會稍微鹹一點,配飯吃會比較好。鴨肉帶點羶香,肉質紮實得來又不會太韌。嫩雞煨麵,湯底香滑,麵質爽滑,菜與雞肉的份量適中。翡翠獅子頭,以肥瘦豬肉打成肉丸,再以醬汁炆煮。獅子頭入口軟稔,肉汁豐沛,有肉香,同樣是醬汁略略鹹一點。炸饅頭,即炸饅頭熱焫焫,夠脆又不油膩,蘸煉奶吃是絕配!!蟹粉小籠包,皮薄,肉餡飽滿之餘又充滿湯汁,入口帶淡淡蟹粉香氣。貓山王榴槤高力,將本來高力豆沙的豆沙餡轉為貓山王榴槤肉,外層的蛋白炸得夠鬆化,榴槤肉不少,惟榴槤香味不足。貓山王榴槤鍋餅 (半份),鍋餅餅皮煎得金黃酥脆,中間夾著榴槤肉,榴槤香味比起榴槤高力來得出色,很好吃!茶錢不算貴,$5/位,而長者則是免茶錢啊!今餐所點的菜式,質素都令我們滿意,只是醬鴨與獅子頭的口味稍重,但個人覺得配飯是可以的。

茶錢不算貴,$5/位,而長者則是免茶錢啊!
