忽然好想食生煎小籠包,就近在新都城2期的#夏麵館開餐,食番餐上海菜🙊。好彩我地早到故仲有位,轉頭就己經full左8成了🫢。三蝦煨麵,所謂"三蝦",即是用蝦籽、蝦腦同蝦仁,是蝦身上最寶貴的東西,湯香濃味道鮮甜,麵條柔韌滑爽,真正雙重鮮味享受。生煎小籠包,一籠4隻,皮薄餡汁多,大小適中,放一會兒後才吃,便不怕燙口, 就算放凉了,但味道依然一流,必吃菜之一。開心果高力,將豆沙改為開心果,開心果好處多,亦唔會太甜,都唔錯架。飲品點了芒果🥭梳打,酸甜開胃,增加食慾。 continue reading

首先試咗佢哋嘅「蟹粉撈飯」,賣相真係一流,金黃嘅蟹粉鋪滿白飯,仲有翠綠嘅蔥花點綴,視覺上已經好吸引。當你攪勻飯同蟹粉,陣陣海洋嘅鮮香氣味撲鼻而來,入口即化嘅蟹粉同香軟嘅米飯完美結合,每一口都係幸福嘅滋味。接住嚟就係「蟹粉炒粉皮」,呢道菜顏色豐富,粉皮晶瑩剔透,蟹粉金黃閃閃。炒粉皮時加入咗少許蛋液,令整道菜色澤更加誘人。每一口炒粉皮都能夠感受到蟹粉獨特嘅鮮味,而粉皮本身亦都煙韌有嚼勁,令人一試難忘。當然唔少得「生煎小籠包」,每隻小籠包都煎到金黃香脆,底部係完美嘅焦香,咬開一口,湯汁四溢,肉餡鮮嫩多汁,簡直係唔可以抗拒嘅美味。最後,以「開心果高力」作為甜品壓軸,開心果嘅香氣配上鬆軟嘅高力,甜而不膩,清新怡人,為呢頓美食劃上完美句號。 continue reading
