鹹蛋黃芥菜鮮肉湯餃 (8隻) $45餃子皮薄,餡料係芥菜豬肉+半粒鹹蛋,鹹蛋黃嘅存在感極強,所以入口會先俾鹹蛋味沖擊。芥菜切粒配搭豬肉餡,比例半半,原本以為芥菜會又苦又澀,結果味道冇想像中咁強烈,而且纖維感低,睇得出店家有處理過芥菜葉。大白菜鮮肉湯餃 (8隻) $39餡料同樣足料飽滿,豬肉比例高,但味道有少少腥。大白菜切粒,份量少所以菜味弱,俾大量豬肉味蓋過咗。芝士粟米煎餃 (6隻) $45煎餃底部煎到金黃香脆,但接口位(頂部)煎得太乾,有啲硬。餡料係芝士粟米+豬肉(?)餡,粟米飽滿但唔夠甜,芝士奶香濃郁,有啲爆晒餡,但蓋過咗肉味,食完都唔知係豬肉定雞肉餡。

煎餃底部煎到金黃香脆,但接口位(頂部)煎得太乾,有啲硬。餡料係芝士粟米+豬肉(?)餡,粟米飽滿但唔夠甜,芝士奶香濃郁,有啲爆晒餡,但蓋過咗肉味,食完都唔知係豬肉定雞肉餡。
