嫲嫲係越南華僑,之前食過一次錦麗,成日話好掛住錦麗嘅味道,適逢節日特別思故鄉,就帶佢嚟錦麗做節啦!我都超過一年冇黎,餐牌都唔同咗,選擇多咗。仲有個四人餐,有河粉、飲品、仲有幾款小食,價錢又唔貴,就叫呢個試吓。首先就係兩條錦麗米紙卷,將佢一開二,每人有一件,點少少魚露,清一清口腔同味蕾,之後就食較濃味嘅越南菜。全晚我最鍾意嘅就係呢個牛油蒜蓉雞翼,新鮮炸起,非常脆口,雞翼仍能保持肉汁,唔會炸到乾爭爭,非常好食!蔗蝦嘅蝦肉都彈牙,不錯!胡志明綜合粉材料包括有生牛肉、牛腩、牛丸,我尤其欣賞佢嘅牛丸,有爆汁嘅效果,可惜只有3件半粒,唔夠喉🤪走咗葱嘅綜合粉配料更清晰可見。生牛肉河粉配上九層塔,既簡單又清新。大蝦扎肉撈檬有兩隻蝦,扎肉切成條狀,味道都唔錯,配上青瓜絲、蘿蔔絲同炸蒜,加點魚露,味道不錯。越南品種嘅芽菜形狀同平時食開嘅唔同,呢款比較短身而且肥嘟嘟,感覺都幾得意。特飲都只係加$8,大大杯算係幾抵飲。呢個餐有主菜有小食都真係幾抵食嘅,不過我就覺得佢嘅牛肉湯底好似比以前遜色咗啲,印象中以前嘅湯底飲落相當驚艷,但今次嚟到就覺得味道比以前清淡,希望如果有機會再嚟嘅時候,可以飲得返從前嘅味道啦!
