友人聽到我話之前同亞妹去海港食d小菜同大閘蟹都ok, 已經即時吹雞一齊再去食...今次一行六人拉大隊到始創分店食啦!!入到去已經急不及待係甘叫野食啦由於有人唔食蟹, 所以先叫左小菜先! 先黎個四川麻辣雞, 因有坊間既辣雞煲比較, 呢個麻辣雞就變得失色了...唔太夠味, 幸好雞都算滑!!鵝肝醬炒茄子四季豆, 其實唔睇返佢個名, 我堅食唔出有鵝肝醬味, 只是一碟比較鹹既茄子炒四季豆, 哈哈~待應推介既三寶之一, 蒸魚, 我忘記左呢條係乜魚, 總之非常之新鮮, 肉質勁滑, 骨又唔算多, 超正呀! (我其實好鍾意食魚, 但係唔識分乜魚, 哈哈!)待應推介既三寶之一, 魚球炒西蘭花, 魚應該跟上面是同一條來的, 炒後同樣甘滑, 亦都無流失水份, 炒到乾淨淨, 好食好食~~待應推介既三寶之一, 燒鵝, 亞姐說是鵝!! 同樣我食唔出燒鵝同燒鴨既味道! 不過算是皮脆肉嫩, 好快就比大家KO左呢碟~~漁香海鮮燒豆腐煲, 呢款小菜堅足料呀!! D蝦堅大隻, 又夠彈牙, 而D花枝片都好爽口呀!! 豆腐又夠入晒味, 又夠滑, 同樣是搶手小菜呀!!別不同果醋骨煲就真的一般, 不知有幾大不同, 只知跟甜酦骨是差不
