Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

上司突然約我跟其他同事去飲茶, 有秘密任務, 幸好我只是負責吃, 任務交給其他同事 😎 這間茶樓大家一定並不陌生, 不過我卻第首次來吃, 想不到人頭湧湧, 需要等位入座, 蠻誇張的!燒味雙拼 $128我們選擇了腩仔跟叉燒, 腩仔皮有點脆口, 沒有肥膏, 很不錯 😙 叉燒超級瘦, 本人喜歡半肥瘦, 而且部份叉燒口感非常柴皮, 所以叉燒好壞皆看彩數 😗 燒味並不算多, 質素一般, $128絕對不便宜。黑色流沙包 $21.8潮州粉果 $21.8翡翠筍蝦餃王 $28.8鮮蝦豆苗餃 $26.8雞蛋叉燒腸 $23.8香煎蘿蔔糕 $23.8最好吃就是流沙包, 跟坊間流沙包一樣有流心效果, 有理由懷疑這款包是外購翻熱 😅 所有含餡的外皮(粉果, 蝦餃, 豆苗餃)全部都厚身, 腸粉皮本身已經厚, 還額外加蛋, 蒸後更厚, 蛋的口感並不滑 😮‍💨 但最最最惡劣的則是蘿蔔糕, 吃到的全只有粉, 沒含什麼材料 😥上海燴蝦球伊麵 $138蝦球蠻多, 伊麵沒有煮得太淋, 醬汁微微杰但不會很過份, 味道也不會太濃, 比起上面點心, 它算不錯 🙃櫻花蝦海皇炒飯 $118除左櫻花蝦外, 還有菜玉瓜, 蝦仁, 蟹籽, 材料頗豐富, 味道也不俗, 不過敗筆的是整個飯太濕, 自然沒有一粒粒飯的效果, 同時欠缺鑊氣 🤷🏻‍♂️服務上面不錯, 所有要求都很快處理好, 還儲了不少熟客, 所以侍應跟客人有不少互動, 加上價錢上好像比一般酒樓便宜, 所以爆滿是有原因的, 但論味道就接受不了 🫣 continue reading

昨日公司拜神,每個同事各自買一啲食物,我就去咗維景酒店嘅海港買燒肉同叉燒各半斤,加埋$120,點知斬咗出嚟,兩盒加埋半斤都冇,燒肉得幾粒,睇個樣好乾,好似隔夜咁,一睇就知唔係半斤。返到公司,有另外一個同事都係買燒肉,佢喺燒味舖,買左腩肉同腩骨各半斤,比我貴少少,加埋$145。但係真係冇比較冇傷害,佢啲肉又鬆軟又新鮮,嗰啲皮睇落好脆,份量多過我三倍,搞到同事以為我縮骨買少啲。之後食落同事仲話我買啲燒味好鹹,鹹到苦。真係乜面都冇晒,以後都唔好喺海港買燒味啦,尤其是維景酒店呢間分店,食物品質奇差,同事話喺第二間分店買過都冇咁差嘅。 continue reading

極品酒樓,環境惡劣,員工態度極其差。門口接待處該位阿姐安排我們坐房,一入到去兩張大枱,問題係間房一陣up味,好難頂所以未坐底即時出返去要求坐大廳,該位接待阿姐仲話唔坐就唔坐唔使講咁多野,跟住換咗另一張大廳近擺餐具的枱,未坐低已經見到一些未用的餐具四散在地上,而地氈非常污糟,跟住就係樓面的服務態度令人大開眼界。首先坐底冇人開茶,示意職員交單叫野吃,望住佢地舉極手都冇人理,所有樓面阿姐都貫徹見到當見唔到政策,即刻閃開,甚至乎有位阿姐仲誇張到話要等,等咩呢?原來就係等佢去台熟客度打牙骹,執走啲籠,打完牙骹執野期間就唔知死咗去邊啦,隔咗好耐再死過黎問係咪要交單,此時張單已經交了給另一位職員了,打牙骹那位再也没有出現過,之後全程都是得幫忙收單呢位職員服務,她的服務真係搞到吃客為之一振,叫佢幫手加水,佢話要我地將個熱水壺擰開個蓋佢地就知架啦,如果唔係佢地唔知喎,乜真係咁咩?舉極手都冇人理,個熱水壺擰開蓋會有人睇到?劃咗嘅食物幾樣都話冇,冇都唔緊要,最搞野係佢唔係走過黎交代一聲,而係走到附近大大聲對住空氣話呢樣冇嗰樣冇咁樣咆哮幾次,完全冇為意佢係同我地交代緊,正午飲茶樣樣都話冇,有嘅就等成大半個鐘都唔黎,有其他人問啲野咁耐唔黎時,該位樓面被問完後完全冇任何回應,當時那個客人已經係話呢間野以後唔使黎,到我們都追問時該位職員去查完後話係要等起碼半小時,所以決定唔等走人,埋單時發現冇吃到嘅都計咗數,即時要求一位男經理取消。呢間酒樓應該唔係唔够人手嘅問題,根本就係呢班員工自身素質嘅問題,唔明點解仲咁多人去幫襯,仲係度擺酒,零服務仲學人收服務費,價錢又唔係平,仲要任何時間都冇特價優惠,不知所謂,呢間衰野永遠列入黑名單。 continue reading

食品不過不失,某些菜式算是不錯,環境喧嘩擠迫,服務態度極之惡劣,相信服務員並不知道甚麼是服務行業,甚麼是待客之道,對客人苛斥、呼喝、無禮,甚至粗暴搶走客人的飲品。身處香港數十年,今次才真的領教到這樣的服務態度。 continue reading

Boxing day出黎睇下戲,睇完去左飲茶,揀左始創的海港。兩點幾黎到,要等位,張飛係G8,呢個號碼真係…😅開左壺普洱,茶味認真差,得個苦字無茶香😂⭐香煎蘿蔔糕無乜蘿蔔絲同臘味,個糕本身又無調味,好彩攞左碟辣椒醬。⭐蔥花炸兩腸由三條腸粉變成六粒,縮晒水。有兩粒油炸鬼脆,其他啲好淋,ok啦。⭐蟹籽燒賣皇賣相雖然唔靚,但味道正常。⭐香芋燒腩卷芋頭夠粉腩肉大件,甜甜地都幾好味。⭐上海小籠包見枱枱都叫以為有咩出名嘢,點知又係蒸到乾曬身嘅小籠包。⭐臘腸雞粒飯啲飯蒸都一pat咁,臘腸同雞粒都無味,完全唔掂。點心質素below average,勝在張枱幾濶幾好坐啦。 continue reading
